Disgusting, hurt me and didn’t get any nails. Bad people.

Chodim na nehty už 4 roky a tohle byly nejhorší, který jsem kdy měla. Paní mě pořezala na každém prstu a nehty byly nedodělané a hrbolaté. Nikdy víc!

Von wegen Sonntag geöffnet. Sind mit großer Hoffnung wegen guten Bewertungen auf der Heimreise extra vorbei und es war geschlossen. Die Enttäuschung war groß

Innerhalb von 3 Stunden bekam ich ne mega Nagelmodellage, Pediküre mit Lack und Massage, Wimpernverlängerung und ne neue Frisur..und all das auf höchstem Niveau..zu einem Preis von insgesamt 70 €.. UNGLAUBLICH!!! Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend..ich wurde durchgehend mit Wasser und Kaffee versorgt.. solch ein Studio mit solchen Menschen, mit diesem Können und diesem Service..bin immernoch geflasht, das es so etwas gibt.. Ihr habt 10 Sterne verdient!!!

THE WORSTthe service was just disgusting, the lady was so rough with the drill, made me bleed on multiple fingers, told her it hurt multiple times and she said ‘i dont care’ i was just so incredibly shocked. She said she had no time and rushed everything. The nails she made were not at all like the picture, the colours were so off, even though she said she could make them when i showed her the picture at the start. Worst experience, went home and cried for five minutes. Lady took the nails off again but the acrylics were still on, she had no idea what she was doing. I told her to get rid of the acrylics but she was like ‘I dont have time’ Well maybe then plan it out better? Know your skill level if you cannot make the nails in the given time. Overall horrible 0/10. Bad communication cannot speak german or english properly i dont know what was going on. Never going back, if you’re thinking about going there, don’t.
