11/06/2018 Unprofessional non educated arrogante :i bought yesterday at 19:50 from shop (Vladislavova 13, Praha 1) Elaf istick tria 300W for 1599 , nice young ladie she helped me to installed and asked me to tried later as they are closing the shop at 20:00 she was speaking English and helpful, when i arrived home the oil was leaking , i return to the shop today at 13:15 to asking for advice, i meet the same girl i showed her and she was helpful and willing to fix it and test it, suddenly an old ladies working there (red hair) she came and was screaming at me , and saying you are in Czech you have to speak Czech( in English ) ,i was chocked just left Angry upset disappointed and feeling sorry for her this is how they treat customer in this shop, around 7 peoples was there watching shocked too but no one said anything .....

Rude, never seen anyone ruder than these two “ladies” working in this shop. I can’t believe that Vaprio is not ashamed of having such employees representing the company.

Very nice shop. It has everything, and the vendor is so nice and patient, she also speak English fluently and can advice you very well. Prices are normal

One of the worker of my favorite shop appeared to be a racist. The skinny tall blonde guy second time refused to speak English by pretending that he doesn't know English. But if you push him little then he will speak to you with a good accent.

Horrible service, 2 times I bought atomizer here neither they gave me the correct one, either they don't know themselves or just don't care.The 2nd time I tried to bring it back within 1 hour because I was still nearby. The guy argued with me and refuse to change it, neither did he suggest an other one, he kept arguing so I left. What a service! :D My e-cigarette I still unusable, horrible burnt taste even after 6 hours absorbing the liquid" - as he suggested as the "solution".I'd definitely recommend the owner to hire better staff

Great place for smokers/ anyone who wants to quit normal cigarettes, there's a diversity of choices and the lady there can help you choose what's suitable for you if you don't know much.Good prices and guarantee.

Czech people told me that i should to come to this place they told me that vasecigareta have the best choise. I came there and service cant advice me help and couldn't answered me about my questions about vaping. And also in my opinion it was expensive. In Prague u can find places where you can find the best choice and price.

friendly staff. they could speak English and were really helpful. I'm still just give 4 stars because (I don't know if it was me/us) but it felt like they were a little bit disinterested.
