Everything was above expectations. Great friendly staf, great breakfast, very big rooms, lpcation is also great. hope to come back!!!

Theu don't give you tap water for free at dinner, such a scam

Perfect location, clean and spacious rooms and very good breakfast. Really no complaints. But the spa is out of this world. Six people but sauna only for two, jacuzzi only for two! Unbelievable for a four star hotel.

We didn't stay at the hotel but booked a spa package including access to the hotel pool, jacuzzi, sauna and beer bath with beer consumption followed by rest on a bed covered with hay. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience. The spa facilities were, overall, in good condition. We noticed missing wall paint in some places and a bit of dirt in some corners, but it wasn't anything to complain about. We would have stayed at the hotel overnight, but it was completely sold out. So, this rating is only about the spa/beer bath experience.

That I have to pay for an espresso for breakfast in an 4 star hotel, I had never before in the hundreds of hotels I staid

Not nice, not bad. I do not think is 4* hotel. Showers do not work properly, carpets are dirty/old. Pool is not in the same area as the sauna.

This hotel has neither quality above 3 stars nor the prise which was billed to me, the room had no hanger for the suit, bulb at the table lamp was missing, towels were old, the view was to the parking. Personnel at the reception was bored and somehow lazy. Not having quite good meals and reasonable dining I would give even less than three stars.

The location of this hotel is just perfect. However we would have appreacited clean curtains and carpet. Also the location of TV in the room was not suitable. Besides that we had an interesting experience in the hotel´s restaurant and lobby bar. We wanted to have a drink during the evening but in the lobby bar was said that there is no waiter at that moment and we had to go to the hotel´s restaurant. There the waiter said that they cannot offer us any long drink. The waiter even recommended us a different bar/restaurant in the city. We also didn´t have a luck in terms of wellness services in the hotel because all of them were fully booked during our stay.

Great location, just few minutes from to the historical city centre. I arrived before regular check in time, but my room was nicely prepared with coffee facility as compliment of the house, made a nice and warm touch.I had fantastic breakfast, many different options even homemade pie were available. It was great start of a new day.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Nicely located close to city center.
