Zoo Praha
What can I say? It doesn't even feel like enough stars - a mere 5. It has hands down wiped out every other zoo I've ever been to, there is simply no competition. It has interesting exciting animals (a polar bear!!!), varied species of monkey, red pandas, interactive bird cages. I could go on but I won't don't want to ruin the sheer joy and amazement you WILL experience upon going to the zoo yourself. Reasonably priced entry and incredible chairlift experience that gives you a view of the entirety of Prague for 40czk. I struggle to put it into words even now. The exhibits are interactive and incredibly educational, and well spaced. In my admittedly limited zoological understanding of spatial requirements of the various species, I must admit that it felt that all animals had plenty of roaming space and seemed very content. Meaning the exhibits are all a walkable distance and enjoyable to say the least. I myself visited as an adult with no children and yet it elicited in me childlike joy, it's also worth mentioning that I visited in extremes of weather (heat) and yet it did not hinder my experience there were plentiful refreshments, resting places, water fountains and shade. A brilliant day out for all. Considering it as a wedding venue though I've not enquired as to the price, I would personally say it's the only destination worth putting your family through.

Zoo Praha
Great place for kids and adults. We had lots of fun. The place is a large park so we enjoyed as well the scennary. Animals look healthy and well treated. To complete the tour you need around 5 hours. You can buy tickets online or you can take a boat to the zoo and choose a combined ticket with enterence at the zoo included. The cheepest way to get there is public transportation. Make sure you have tickets. In the buses you cannot buy tickets. In trams you can.

Zoo Praha
This is a great zoo that has a bit of everything. You can go watch marine animals, as well as lions, parrots or polar bears. There is definitely something for everyone. There is even a small area for kids to play. The zoo is also quite bit, but if you manage your time correctly it's definitely doable to see all animals within a day. Inside the zoos there are also a couple of restaurants you can choose from, so you don't need to worry about lunch.

We absolutely loved our time at the Prague zoo. The animals were clearly well cared for and the various enclosures were spacious, well kept and clean. We both have visited many zoos but at least for me, this was one of my favorites. Would recommend to anyone. There is a lot of walking to do, but you can go at your own pace and it’s manageable.

One of the best Zoo's I've ever been too and I couldn't make my way around the whole place, even being there for 6 hours. The pens for the animals are the biggest I've ever seen, they seem so well looked after it was a delight to see them all. Many pens you can go into and take pictures with the birds! There's also a chair lift to the second part of the zoo, up hill side, for those who want a cool experience and some more absolutely great views of prauge. Would love to come back one day. Plus the food at the cafes was delicious! Only downside is gift shops weren't too good? Lots of small ones dotted around, not a main one so get something before you leave or when you see one! Bus route is also so easy to get here.

Unless you are categorically opposed to animals in captivity, you will like this zoo. It’s one of the best out there. The area is vast. Prepare to spend half a day at least and longer if you want to see it all. The lower part (close to the river) is a bit more leafy so better to leave it for the afternoon if you are visiting on a hot summer day. The pavilions are quite modern and well-kept. Price-wise this zoo is relatively cheap compared to similar places in Europe. Definitely worth the experience.

One of the greatest parks I’ve visited in my life. We were in the park 6 hours. It’s easily accessible via public transport (bus). There is a big variety of animals that look really healthy and well treated!Would recommend if you have a whole day to visit this zoo.

The zoo is very large and also well-kept. We were in it for more than 5 hours. Therefore, I recommend that you go to the zoo early so that you can see everything. They also have restaurants so you can get some refreshments and continue your zoo tour.

A must visit if your in Prague, massive zoo with great view from the wee restaurants tucked away around every corner. All the animals looked well looked after, wondered if the tiger had a bigger enclosure round the back to roam around in, i hope so. Great day out if you like that sort of thing and not too costly definitely worth it.

This is the best zoo I gave ever been to. The way that it is constructed to incorporate the nature of the mountain with the animals habitat is just mind blowing. It can be seen that they take a good care for the animals and currently they are even making new habitat for the Polar Bears. I was really amazed that you can enter the habitat of the animals and see them so up close. I highly recommend visiting the Zoo when coming to Prague. The transportation is good, the bus 112 is every 5 or so minutes on the weekend.
