To są 4 gwiazdki z OGROMNYM minusem. Po pierwsze za to, że po zwrócie pojazdu nie otrzymałam żadnej informacji, że samochód przyjęto, podsumowania usługi (zwrot kluczyków do wypchanej po brzegi skrytki o 4.30 rano). Oraz za to, że wypożyczalnia nie odblokowała przez 2 tygodnie pieniędzy na karcie kredytowej, a mogła. Po drugie za sam pojazd. Stan licznika 111 tysięcy kilometrów był trochę straszny, także odgłosy, jakie samochód wydawał jadąc. Do tego okrutne piski hamulców po nocy. Przyznam, że zastanawiałam się ze strachem, czy w trakcie tego wszystko będzie dobrze. Na szczęście było, terkoczący i warczący samochodzik spisywał się dobrze.Pan w biurze miły, wszystko dokładnie objaśniał.

I want share my experience with Budget.I rented a car in December 2022 and after picking up the car I was advised by one of the employees to walk around the car and look for any damage that was not already noted.I saw crack on the windshield and after looking in the booklet that I received with the car keys I saw that the damage was done by somebody else and already noted.I didn’t pay any more attention to it since it was already in the history of damages.After retiring the car I was charged 10,000 crowns for the windshield damage.When I called budget they told me that the damage was done by somebody else, but after my return the crack was bigger.I don’t want to explain to anybody anything about physics and how material expands in cold weather. This was simply ridiculous and budget basically charged two people for the same damage. They do not take care of their cars and their customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this place. Please stay away
