*check updated working hours. Google has them wrong.We filled up damage baggage form on airbaltic website (you have to do it asap after your flight, or in the lost&found in the airport).Then we followed the steps in the email to find the nearest repair service. For us it was DOLFI 1920, we printed damage luggage report, and went to the shop.They have checked our details, plus you have to have baggage tag and boarding pass.Our baggage was replaced on the spot! Very fast and pleasant service. Thank you.

Absolute scam, very disturbing that Star Alliance airline companies such as SWISS has chosen them as partners for destroyed baggage.

I have same case like others. They have calculated price for the luggage and I asked them for refund. Since than I have no feedback from them and I will try to solve everything via airline.

Update:It’s been 1 month now since I paid for a suitcase, I have called several times, sent several emails and have not received any response.I contacted the bank and as the only payment option was a bank transfer, I was not able to get my money refunded through the bank.I will now have to contact the police to at least get my money back. This page is a scam and I can only advise everyone to keep their hands off of it.My luggage got damaged during a flight on the 19.2At the airport in Prague the people were really helpful. The website of Dolfi to make the claim was very easy to use also.I received a 60€ VOUCHER to buy a suitcase from their shop. In order to order a luggage you need to activate your account and log in. I reach out to their service several times that I never got an email to activate my account. I only ever received one unhelpful response. My request to get 60€ paid out instead was ignored. I eventually managed to get access, and chose a luggage to order. The prices are the recommended retail prizes and the selection is very small.I ordered the suitcase on the 4.3 and had to pay via bank transfer as their PayPal wasn’t working…I’ve been informed that the delivery would take 10 days which is already longer than any normal delivery time.It’s now been 14 days and I have only received a message on the 14.3 claiming the delay is due to Covid. There is no way of contacting their support.Overall I’m extremely disappointed. I have to travel a lot for work and I am now urged to buy another suitcase from somewhere else.If I had another issue with my suitcase again I would avoid Dolfi at all costs

I had a very good experience getting a wheel fixed. They performed the work while I waited. It only took about 15 minutes and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend their service.

Absolute nightmare. Multiple confusing automated emails, customer service impossible to reach over the phone, rude and arogant staff. They do not want to help, cuz they know you did not choose them, but they were chosen for you. I cant believe majors like Lufthansa or British Airways retained these clowns . Actually, i can. The bar is so low in the airline industry that this is hardly a surprise.

They also trade under the name Milujemekufry.com (this side of the company has a facebook page and you might even get a response from them!)My suitcase was damaged beyond repair by the airline in Prague and I was given a reference number and web address to get a new case sent to me via Dolfi1920. I picked a case from their site but unfortunately they sent a completely different case to the one I picked. I ended up with some cheap rubbish, that the zip doesn't even work properly on with threads hanging out. Based on the zip I would say its more than likely a factory second, no clue why they though it would be ok to replace my case with it!Due to the length of time they took to respond to me I ended up having to travel back home using this case, even though I had a week where this could have been resolved locally. The only option they were willing to give me was charge me to change to another case plus loads of shipping fees to send a replacement case and for sending the case I got from them back.According to them it was my fault that I picked the case on the photo (I didn't pick it) and was my fault that the matter wasn't resolved earlier (I contacted them within minutes of the replacement case arriving to express that it wasn't fit for purpose and I didn't want it.)While things have now hopefully been resolved successfully after the German branch of Dolfi1920 stepped in, without them I would be still be out of pocket with a headache. The person I spoke to finally was reasonable that's about the only good thing I can say about them!

please people get ready to have the most horrible experience you have ever had.Its been 4 months since they (swiss) broke my beautiful aluminium Rimowa suitcase, and they say is not reparable, and they are offering me 200 euros for it (i have payed 1200) and if I want it back, I will have to pày 130 Euros, so basically they are stealing my suitcase, if i dont pay the shipping, and they offer me an amount that i cant buy anthing similar to my suitcase....how is it possible that these thieves are around? the value my suitcase based on their greedy statistics, but the only truth is that my suitcase was in perfect conditions, and now I have to pay to get it back, plus they give me 100 euros for it.....This company should close inmediately
