dm's products are good. but staffs are mad terrible :). they casually use the products that are on the shelves. although I am - a customer also standing nearby. The staff's attitude is something either, they may even raise their voice and glare at you just because you can't speak czech or if you don't understand what they're talking about. mad terrible!
