The burgers were very tasty but the service let this place down.Lovely young lady serving about 11 tables just couldn't keep up.We were eventually given a warm bottle of prosecco, I had to get up to ask for an ice bucket. Lady too busy giggling with a young fella at the bar.A good 20 minutes after eating, our plates were still uncleared on our table.Didn't even ask how our food was.Server needs to be retrained on prioritising customer service over idle chit chat with her mates.

Extremely bad experience.My friends were physically assaulted by the staff here. They were physically pushed out of the bar, with one of my friends being grabbed near the throat because they did not want to pay for a drink they did not order or receive.Throughout this experience, the staff shouted that they were Czech here" and that it was "Czechs first." I don't think we would have had this experience if we were Czech

Incredibly bad experience. My friend got assaulted by the staff here after refusing to pay for a drink he did not order. The staff was both physically and verbally abusive. They pushed him against the window, nearly grabbing at his throat and yelled in his face. They used a lot of nationalist/racist language, justifying their violence by the fact that We are Czech here." Avoid this place at all costs

Jacob/Jakub was absolutely amazing, great service, very attentive and gave great recommendations for myself and my wife whilst visiting Prague.Café Imperial service was terrible compared to Jacob.Thank you so much, the burgers and chicken wings were amazing as well, I love that I found a place with spicy peppers.

The food was not good. The fries where very greasy and limp (soft). Still ate half of the plate and regretted it with every step I take. The burger tastes like rubber wrapped in bread. Beer is normal beer so can’t go much wrong with that! Just order beer and you are fine!

The worst bar in Prague so far, the staff was extremely rude. They didnt pay attention to us and in the rare cases they did, they looked either bored or were really rude. The drinks were average but the acting of the staff made it really bad experience. Wouldnt recommend
