Very-very bad customer service! When picking up my winter tires (couldn't wait 25 days to get them changed here) I was accused of not paying for their services even though I have everything 100% covered through a leasing company. They were very unpleasant and refused to give me my tires back until they resolve their own failure to communicate with the leasing provider. When I told them that I'm in a rush they told me Then come back when you have time". When I asked the lady if this approach is their normal behavior
