the self-service screens are less intuitive than those of McDonalds, for example. In addition, I also thought it was quite expensive and we got the wrong cup size. For the same price you can go to a nice burger restaurant in the neighborhood.The food was also very tasty and the burgers were huge.

Terrible experience once again from this particular BK. We received incomplete order for our delivery. Few items missing like fries. And the cheesy bacon fries we've got, oh well, I can't call cheesy at all. There was absolutely no evidence of cheese anywhere. Ordered through Bolt food...

When I ordered a large meal menu that included a refill drink, they would NOT let me switch my drink option from unlimited cold drink (pepsi/cola) to a one time hot beverage (hot coffee/cappuccino)... even though the cost would be about the same. If not, I am willing to pay the small difference, considering they charge a lot for a cold drinks anyway :// so not very helpful for those of us who doesn't want to drink sugary soda...Drinks should be optional for a trade in my opinion
