Přišel jsem s jasným požadavkem a odcházel jsem spokojený a přesně s tím, pro co jsem si přišel. Na prodejně tři zaměstnanci, čekací doba žádná. Slečna vše vysvětlila a rychle odbavila. Takto si představuji službu zákazníkům. Samozřejmě se jedná o mou osobní návštěvu a každý můžeme mít zkušenost jinou.

Because it is not possible to give 0 star.Useless service. They provide me something not working (internet box) and they tell me to wait for one month for it to be fixed. A joke. And they have such a great customer empowerment from the company that they can only give me internet for free for one month (oh you mean the month when I don't have internet because you are fixing the box? So kind...).

Simply people there they give wrong informations and they are absolutely helpless.I had company account there and I needed to buy tablet for work , I asked them if you can send it to my company and the answer was NO because if I want the discount so I should pick it up from the branch then I waited 10 days as they asked me to wait no calls no information about the product if it came or not. Anyway I went there to pick it up but they have problem with the store system like they see the product is not registered to their branch so I should wait till they will register it and I waited 2 days and nothing . I was there today again no help no explanation not even apologize just go search about it somewhere else because we can’t sell it . I guess they are waiting till product will register himself in the branch. Bad experience

Názorný příklad toho jak to má vypadat 4x návštěva pokaždé Top přístup. ❤️ pokud jednate slušně vždycky to jde s úsměvem a neodcházíte se špatnými pocity vždycky záleží s jakým přístupem s nimi jednate.

Pokud mate jakoukoliv jinou moznost, silne doporucuji se Vodafone vyhnout! Bohuzel maji praktiky Smejdu" a zamerne delaji obstrukce pri reklamaci (napriklad nutno vse poslat postou) a misto aby se vam sami ozvali
