Assistant helped me soon as I entered the store, spoke English. New plug converter bought. Cost about £10, probably a little too much but item was branded skross so ok I guess.

Worst online experience ever. I bought a TV online which mentioned it is available on the store, called to check the availability on the items, had the confirmation on the phone from en employee that I could come....all of this to arrive at the store and being told that it is not available.....No help provided, they did not even know what the customer service number is....

I'm erasmus student and I went to buy a laptop in Euronics(Datart) at Palladium. Before I bought the computer , they told me 2 3times that I have a tax free as a foreigner even if I have long-visa and erasmus identity.The computer price was about 24.000czk but the excluded tax price was 20.000czk. Then I decided to buy the computer with excluded tax price and went to the customer desk with the tax free form but they told me its impossible to give tax free for long-visa or erasmus students so I didn't get my money(tax) back. When I went to Euronics , they told me its not their problems and their staffs are not speaking english perfect !!! Basically, they just sold me the computer by telling some lies and they never helped me after I buy the computer. I lost my 80-90euro while I was trying to buy a good computer. Don't trust the seller in euronics(Datart) !!!
