Haven't had a chance to eat here, but the beer alone is worth a visit. The place is located within an old monastery and definitely fits the location. Since they brew their own beer, you can be sure of the quality and freshness. A nice cold pint, that's crisp and tasty. Go here if you're thirsty. Fast service with a smile, clean facilities. 5 stars, enough said.

We went with the fam to taste all teh pivo you had on tap and this was one of our best decision for the weekend. The beer tasting offer you have, combined with tvaruzky were my favourite.

Amazing place. Located on the old monastery grounds, the atmosphere is just on another level. Especially during autumn times. Be sure to check out the surroundings as well, you might be surprised what else is hidden in plain sight. The little downside is the food selection, but taken into consideration this is a brewery primarily and the sitting area is kind of secondary, it all ads up nicely. Great beer selection, some snacks available, grilled meat / sausages during the summer time. If available tastes pretty good. Be sure to check this pub if on a bicycle!

Avsolutely 'must visit' for all loving good drink and food, snobish-free Czech culture. Next to parking place of the beautifull cloistre Porta Coeli, place with stunnig kraft/ handmade bier, local patrons, clean, full of stories and feelings. Love it!

This is a really good place to have a beer especially when you came to see Porta Coeli and it turns out you need just like a 10 minutes to see it all. Monastery is under construction now so no extensive sightseeing.They have a very good beer brewed locally.I do recommend their 10° as it is harder to brew weak beer then 12° or 13°
