Bunch of scammers with 100 years of transportation vehicles like a 3rd world country.

Beware of the ticket officers. The man who approached me and my 70 year old mother was the most aggressive and intimidating man I’ve ever met. He was extremely rude and shouted at us and ridiculed us, despite our cooperation and payment. Awful experience in Prague.

4 counters without a customer, the fifth one 20 people. Labels make no sense at all.

Always the worst when you need to deal with them. refunds or lost months cards

Prague metro is easy clean but has a few very militant people surveilling travelers for tickets...I got caught because I mistakenly registered a used ticket because the first trip marking was very faint and I couldn't see it...the machine gave no indication that my ticket was used...I was forced to pay 40 euros or go to the police by a forceful and rude young guy who actually looked like Putin...my Czech friend wanted to complain on my behalf and we found out that I didn't even have to pay to use the metro because I'm over 60...my case file is pending if I get my money back but I'm hoping the rude militant gets disciplinary action as he also neglected to ask for my ID....the upside is that I look under 60 years old!!! Tourists beware...it happens in many countries but I was still shaken...PS....I got my 40 euros back with an apology letter from the metro surveillance service and I hope the young Putin , who thought he was just doing his job, received disciplinary action...and education on how to treat people especially foreigners.... Czech people are very nice and generally smart so I do not harbour any negative views against the country...I'll gladly return to this beautiful city....and ride the metro for free....

fast transportation heavily subsidized by taxpayers, highly recommend to purchase 24 hours ticket. use smart phone and ride Prague all day, walk in the rush hours

I made a mistake in buying the wrong ticket and received a fine of 1000czk like i did not buy it at all. The control officer threatened me with the police, I could not explain, person was very sharp. I had to pay in place after they took my ID. FeeI like this system is hunting on turists wallets. I won't (or any of my family and friends) come back to Czech again for sure. This is not the way turists should be treated, I have never experienced such treatment in EU before.
