At the beginning, I didnt like the attitude of a desk employee. He was persuading me that I need the extra insurance otherwise I will pay astronomical fees if something happens and giving me examples what everything could happen. Few days after returning the car I realised that they took from the deposit ca. 40 eur. I tried to call them, message them, write emails with no success to get answer for 3 days. Then they replied to my email, that it is for not fully filled the tank. 10 minutes before returning we filled the tank to the maximum but the gastank pointer didnt move (economy car). So I told them that if they go to fuel the car, they would get into the car maximum 1 litre of fuel. The guy then replied that he will check it. After 2 weeks of calling them again and writing them no reply at all. I am curious if it is some revange for not taking the extra insurance. Just avoid them and take some proper rental company because this customer service is huge shame.

I am surprised with the reviews to be honest.My experience was perfect! Actually it was the easiest car rent within all countries I've visited so far.Fast, easy and extremely clear what I was paid for and get the car.The car was in perfect condition.I enjoyed driving it.Return was fast as well. I gave keys and documents in the office.I returned car 1 hour ago and prepayment just appeared on my card. (I had full insurance, that's why so quickly most probably. Plus my bank is very quick in such questions usually)Thank you!

Just got my deposit back into my bank account. In general, very pleasant experience. Pay for the rental through a third party with no full insurance. Asked me to bring a physical contract and a physical credit card. Have neither of both. At the counter, just provide name, everything sorted. Paid for a full insurance through them and was told deposit will be back the next day. Didn't clean and check every scratch afterwards. As promised, got my deposit the next day. Highly Recommended

They asked us for 2K Euro deposit!! for a car that had around 12K value! they were asking around 15% of the whole amount of the car as a deposit! And we didn't have that much credit so we couldn't rent the car and they didn't refund our money!! So terrible, so aweful. Don't use this company at all.

I rented a car through Booking from this rental company. The deposit was returned back in the same day (within 5 hours after returning the car). The car I booked through Booking was not available, and they gave me a hybrid car worth double what I paid. Great experience.

After renting a car via Ryanair, booking and paying carseat and insurance, we got car without carseat, had to pay again, had to pay extra €264 for some kind of their insurance. Two days after returning the car they charged extra €164 without any reason explained. This company is a scam. Avoid them if you can.

See a lot of negative reviews, however I had great experience with this car rental company. Everything went pretty smooth, pick up and drop off process is hassle free. Vehicle was almost brand new. The only downside, as other customers mentioned, no one picks up the phone, so if you have an emergency there is no way to contact for assistance

I've rented many cars while on tour in Europe. This was one of the best experiences so far. We rented through Rentalcars. Com as many times before and was not disappointed.Booking was easy, payment handled. Pickup was fast and efficient. No hassles. Drop off was even easier. The staff is very friendly and know their work. We were asked to check the car thoroughly and take pictures of all and any damage found which we did. We did get a bigger car than what was booked but it was no problem. We were allowed to extend our original booking during pickup at a very low price for the extra day.Also the location is perfect and easy to find when arriving at Prague airport. And when dropping off, also easy to find. Our deposit was returned to us 100% the same day (later that day)....we can really recommend this company highly. The price was less than half of other companies' prices. So my question would be : why pay more for the exact same thing?

Good quality fleet and ZERO problems. The value is also very competitive.I rented a compact with Platinum insurance to avoid headaches. They only care for the keys, the car documentation and the fuel. Pick up was quick and easy; drop off was even faster.They require a 20K CZK deposit; in my case it was returned to my account about 2 hours after drop off (mostly depends on your bank).Definitely will return.
