Quite a new place on the Brno food scene definitely made for the millennial consumer in mind with it bright decor.Mostly sweets things here but they also do savoury waffles too. The price can add to quickly though as if you want a proper sized meal it will be around around 200kc which is high for Brno especially for a waffle.

It's.. alright , definitely not the best waffle I've had in my life and I could probably cook it home for far cheaper but it's the atmosphere and the fact the waffles are cute that make the price sort of reasonable. What I didn't like that much was the vibes of the people behind the cash register , weren't talking at all and didn't even give a smile or anything kind of rude in my opinion but I tried to look behind that

I have such mixed feelings from this place. It has really great potential! Fast food that can be healthy (well, more or less) and can address young people, teenagers, let's say. The web page for the place is catchy, presentation is playful, colors and decorations are very nice. Menu is both sweet and salty so everyone should be able to choose. I liked the fact that there is also an option with eggs, ham and some salad, as I like this type of waffles/pancakes.But then there is reality. The place is fast-food. The meals are ordered at the bar and paid right away. Me and my friend waited in empty restaurant for our fast-food dinners for some time just to get cold meals. I have no idea what took staff that long. Coffee was served hot.You can't also leave plates at the table. There is a rack for the empty plates and a bin for used plastic cups. Both things are places in front of the bar and right at the entrance so you have then behind your back when making order. The bin was totally full and leaving customers were just adding cups on the top of trash that was already there.One positive/neutral thing is that prices for the meals are ok and you can get decaf. But I found prices for coffee drinks a little bit too much.To sum it up, I think that this place has some bugs to work on. But if the management fixes that, I think the restaurant might look similarly as some pastel-colored motel restaurant with waffles and pancakes from American movies.

The waffles were great, but the service is very slow (30+ mins wait). I recommend it if you really like waffles and have time to spare, otherwise just skip it. They need to hire more personnel.

We visit this place for first time and our experince are good/ average. We order waf&cup and waftella. The wafcups where to overcook and not enought nutella dip for all bits. On the another end the waftella was swimming in nutella sauce, to over sauced. We also order lemonade. Very everpriced water with tiny taste of lemon. Food was good but giving 3 stars because staff wasn't very nice when i ask for english menu and also we where wating over 20 minutes for our food in empty place with self pouring drinks catering. Service need speed up.

As an American, I was very impressed with how good the waffles are! I highly recommend. You can customize your own waffle, crepe, or pancake and they even have a gluten free option. My friend got a savory waffle and really liked it!

Very nice setting and personnel. Had one of the most amazing waffles I've ever had here. Although I am no coffee expert, I'd say it was good as well.The only thing I'd say was a little unexpected, was the wait time. However, the end result was very much worth the wait.The toilets are not in the establishment but are only a few steps away in the Velký Špalíček building.
