This is the worst taxi service in Prague. App is not working. Taxies are 40min late. They don’t speak English and so on. Get an Uber or AAA taxi, or any other brand.

We ordered a taxi for our colleagues from work and we were very satisfied with the service, the driver was very friendly and come early.

Unreliable. Lies about arrival times of cars when whether is bad. No show most of the time early in the morning when you live a bit outside Prague. I've used them on a weekly basis for a while and after several incidents it's enough. Others are better.

Clean cars, professional drivers and great service!

Used this service for a while and even though it was expensive I liked it. Good cars, polite drivers. Stopped using it after discovering that they rate their passages through the app. So I’m paying very high price for the ride! I’m quite and calm customer . But still they can rate me low if they don’t like something or I didn’t leave tips or made them wait. Shame!

Simply horrible. I reserved a ride and confirmed it a few hours before they were supposed to come. It was around 3:30am. I had my little son with me. I always make sure everything is lined up and ready. They confirmed the pickup and I asked if this was 100% and was told that it was for sure. They called me at 3:15 to let me know they will not be picking me up because they have no drivers. They did not care how I get to the airport with my little boy. This is simply unacceptable and flat out wrong. I would not advise anyone to ever use this company.Update: They told me on here to write them an email, probably to safe face and look better. They never responded. It only confirms their attitude and approach. They simply don’t care.

My driver was great.The booking process was simple.The prices were exactly as described.I will probably never return to Prague, otherwise I would take another airport transfer with the company Andel.

I was trying to set up an account with a foreign phone number, for my elderly father. He wouldorder the ride, I would pay. However due to 2 factor authentication (which is great), that allows only Czech phone numbers I am not able to set it up and use the services. Another difficulty is that if I cannot use the app, I cannot pay via PayPal, Venmo or any other app, ‘faktura’ does not work for US. However your director was extremely helpful.Please set up an account with PayPal so my father can use your services and I can pay per PayPal or Venmo or... Thank you!

We ordered a car with a baby seat 2 days in advance. 10 minutes before the scheduled time, they called us that they don't have any cars with baby seats available. The driver was nice though.
