Incredibly terrible parking, too narrow sidewalks, poor access to mass public transport, bad location - detached from the city center, too heavy traffic on the road around the small lake in the center, overcrowded, overpriced, heavy traffic on the nearby 6 lane road. This place might look nice o a photograph, but being actually here is by far not so pleasant.

Only drawback I can tell is that it seems to be specifically designed so that the wind blows right through the middle at ear-cutting speeds.

The atmosphere of this place is fantastic. Even in the bad weather it looks really good. This is not the place for a visit if you don't have to tho. This is business park.

Everything you need in one place. Nice area, well maintained. Small lake gives a nice touch. Food offerings are enough and what I tasted was good.

I will downgrade my rating to 1*. The number of cars keeps growing leaving 0 space for pedestrians (which are already thousands) walking around. Why is is so hard to make a sidewalk for pedestrians? Make it around the lakes, same way it's already done on one side!!! Also, do something about the killer cyclists riding through the tunnel towards the tram stop, those are some crazy people riding at high speed and knocking down your workers...

One of the better office centers. Nice relaxation area with a pond, reasonable options for breakfasts and lunches. The buildings and offices are getting older, but still ok.

Great amenities around, bit of a pain with parking places, as it is common to all CTP Invest infrastructure.
