You are paying BEFORE they start to do something. They don't care about RESULT of their job. Maybe they are quite good in some standard things, however they are not able to do nonstandard at all. But you have paid, so nobody care. TERRIBLE SERVISE.

Not the best place for servives.

I called 5 times to rebook my appointment but the man on the phone would hang on me every time I was asking in Czech if he spoke English. Very disappointing.

I went there for my flat tire without any booking. The guys doesn't speak English but if you have basic Czech and explain the situation, they help you out with no hassle. They are quite busy and if you require any service that takes long time, better go through appointment.

I would give zero star if possible !I used there service to exchange from summer to winter tires ... the service included the storage of the summer tires ... when summer arrived and I needed to exchange my tires again ...I tried to book online and they never confirmed .. so I went by myself without appointment to see what is happening ...I discovered they lost 2 of my tires .. because they mounted them to another client!Instead of being nice and fix the issue .. they tried in all way to escape from paying or getting 2 new tires ! ...For a big shop like this .. it was a very bad experience where I had to call them almost 20 times !I know mistakes happen ... but it is not possible that they treat clients this way .. specially when they admit that the tires are lost and it is there faultfor sure I will never come back there

Just back from this place after installing new wheels and changing to summer tyres. I went there last week without an appointment and they sent me back. My mistake. But they gave me an appointment slot for today. Reached there on time. They honored my appointment and immediately started working on my car. The person at the front desk doesn't speak much English, but that's ok. But the mechanic who worked on my car on the shop floor did and was cooperative :) Nothing to complain. You get the best prices in the city. I paid after the entire job was done. They have a big collection of alloy wheels, steel rims and tyres.
