Doctors and Assistant are skilled. The problem is that they put stitch on my face, and kicked me out of the room without explaining me how to treat it and clean it during 1 week before to remove them.Reception... Maybe communication barrer, at 8am the youngest one was particular rude. Can also be the tone of the voice... I understand english is not their primary language. Weird, weird

Absolutely perfect service. I have tried plastic surgery as well as dermatology. Both departments are perfect. Personnel is extremely nice. I only know Mudr. Pros who has done breast augmentation for me and result is top. Also Mudr. Moravcova who has done lip fillers and eye mezoteraphy is perfect doctor. Highly recommend to all of you who think of plastic surgery or some cosmetic/dermatology procedure.

Very happy with the final look after laser removal of my face birthmarks. Dr. Kučera and the team were very professional, polite, understanding and helping. Whole procedure including consultation took about 45 minutes. The clinic is clean, nice and modern. I highly recommend.Thank you!

Hi.I visited the Clinic for doing somethings,. The doctor that saw me was stressed and had no time really to listen to me. and he was not friendly what make me feel not welcome.while getting ready for my treatment i had no comfort from the nurse or the doctor, and after the treatment was no one to ask me how do I feel. I will not go there again.The reception Clinic looks like a Bunker.

Professional and very friendly doctors and everyone who is working there- the stuff is very helpful and friendly, they speak in many languages which can be very helpful if we don't speak Czech. Dr Zdeněk Pros is amazing and experienced surgeon, I would definitely recommend him as a doctor and the clinic itself.

I am a saudi physician, a consultant for more than 20 yrs.I went to prague for 9 days and I booked an appointment with Dr kufa after i fell for their advertisement.When i met him he did not even smile. He asked me “ what do you want”. Mind you i booked for consultation and treatment.He was not rude at all but definitely did not feel welcomed.He tried to push me to be done by his junior maybe a fellow or senior registrar but if you are a paying patient please remember to say NO.I decided to leave the clinic without treatment I wonder if that was because they have toooooooo many customers or simply dont like patients from other countries, races or ethnicities.
