Good day,My service experience was amazing.I had a damaged vehicle after an accident when I was hit by a driver who was not paying attention and damaged the rear part of my vehicle.The entrance inspection and subsequent communication with the service was excellent, the overall repair of the vehicle was completed only 3 days after I handed the vehicle over to the service.I can only recommend this service, the friendliness and speed of the repair was a great experience for me.Thank you for a great experience.Best regards,John Nash

Very low service quality extremely high pricesThe spare parts prices are 4 and even 5 times higher than the regular price.They pretend you can bring your own parts but they increased the hour cost 40%. usually they reject the parts you bring to Force you buy from themThey have given me 2 different explanation for the same damageThey advertise they speak. English but if you speak English they answer with the racist 'in CZ we speak czech' but when it is time to pay they discover English fluency.They left me to wait 30 min dealing with other clients taking my priority with no explanation.
