Very close to city center, surrounded by many supermarket, Billa, Albert, Lidl, 5 min to the faculty of infirmatique, faculty of law, 10 min to the faculty of science, around 20 min by foot to Tesco hypermarket kralove pole. Many possibilities of transport tram 12, 3, 11, 6, trollybus, 36, 34, and 32

I've been staying here for more then a year now, and I'm more then satisfied. Fridge and bathroom in my room, more than enough of room for 2 persons. Only one thing bothers me and that's pigeons on the balcony. I can't get rid of them (I'm on the 5th floor). They said they are going to buy a net but still hasn't. Other than this it's very good. Everything is close from here

Nice dorm overall; the double rooms are reasonably large, enough for two people to get by. The only glaring issue is that there sometimes aren't enough stoves in the kitchen for everyone (ONE stove for an ENTIRE FLOOR!!!) Staff are very nice, if you have an issue it will be resolved. They are also quite flexible. Just the cleaning ladies can be quite rude and lash out at students sometimes.

Good dorm, a bit pricey but worth it. Only complaint is that after 11 pm you can't have guests.

I would not suggest these dormitories: in fact, the rooms are quite small for two people and the furniture is old. In the picture you can see the monthly new" torn bed linen

I love the dormitory's 12th floor. Clean and comfortable, with amazing view from the balcony. 20 mins walking to the city centre. 2 supermarkets are around and pizza on the first floor

It was my home during my interchange experience in Brno. A really good place in the city center, but far from all the noise. If you are looking for a place with just the basic necessities, you can come here.The only bad thing, and a really good one, is the service of laundry. It is better if you pay in a different place.

Amazing dorm and it's view is cool if you're in a high levels, kitchen is average, noisy for the flats which are on the street side because of the tram.

I like it overall. Good location, good design. The laundry is free. The rooms are above average. Rooms even have a small balcony. It is sad that there is no common area. And they lock the outside door is very early, they are strict about it. Lastly the kitchen cleaning time is sometimes annoying because they lock them all.

I'm living here for more than two years. Good facilities in front of price. That's close to city center and faculty of science.
