Enter at your own risk! Positively the worst customer experience I have made in the past couple of years. They've contrived to damage my really expensive garment and that is not the worst part. The worst part is that they can care less about people who bring them business. By that I mean: no Hi, no communication about potential risks of the service, no professionaly looking receipt, no thank you for your business and bye. Now, image your garment being damaged and an angry biz owner you are supposed to talk to calmly about what the possible solutions are, tries to bring you down, is being nasty, combative and urges you to leave and blames you for the damage!!! Never have I been treated with such contempt and lack of professionalism!

Excellent dry cleaning in Prague, I used their services for already a few years. Always perfect work, and in my opinion, the best thing is that they are very client-oriented! I mé zkušenosti jsou otřesné. Přinesla jsem do čistírny šaty k obarvení, paní vedoucí mi přislíbila, že nejdříve zjistí zda půjdou dle materiálu šaty obarvit. Bohužel se mnou možnost neobarvení nikdo neprodiskutoval, šaty se obarvit nepodařilo. Za tento nezdárný pokus jsem platila 500 Kč, navíc mi šaty vrátily potrhané a flekaté. Při pokusu se domluvit na reklamaci šatů mi bylo nejdříve sděleno, ať se dostavím, že se domluvíme. Následně mi paní vedoucí volala a v podstatě mi řekla, že když na schůzku přijdu, tak si šaty odnesu bez vrácení peněz a bez opravy a nebo si je neodnesu, protože údajně pojišťovna bude šaty potřebovat minimálně dva měsíce. Jestli tedy mohu doporučit všem potencionálních návštěvníků této čistírny, tak sem nechoďte. Pokud by to bylo možné, nedala bych žádnou hvězdičku :). Určitě si tento přístup nenechám líbit a vše budu řešit přes jinou instituci, která doufám zjedná pořádek.Přikládám fotky poničených šatů, s zveřejněním komunikace jsem nesouhlasila z důvodu toho, že komunikace probíhala i v rámci telefonických hovorů, proto by bylo vytrženo z kontextu. Paní vedoucí se musí smířit s tím, že toto je názor na služby, není to nic osobního. :)

Moc děkuji za skvělou péči o mé oblíbené šaty. Opravdu krásně vyčistěné, opět jako nové. Tuto čistírnu moc a moc všem doporučuji, jako bonus mi šatičky v této čistírně i zašili. Díky, ráda se k Vám budu vracet.

Využívám již roky, hlavně na zimní oblečení. Perfektní servis na čištění značkových kabátu, bund, kašmirových šál apod, kde je potřeba extra opatrnost. Vždy bylo vše na jedničku. Plus lidský a proklientský přístup pani majitelky. Doporučuji.

Hello, although I was super happy with the quality of cleaning before for all of the goods I cleaned there, but after I got my piece of cloth damaged I tried to claim for at least repair or compensation for the damage, however the owner withdrew / denied any responsibility. Also, the owner should state explicitly if there is a clear risk of damaging the item because of whatever reason, instead of saying that will do all the best. “Doing all the best” creates an expectation that there is no serious risk of damaging! Another disappointment is the arrogant behavior of the owner - what is the point when the owner raises the voice? Does not seem to me appropriate behavior and frustrating.
