I’ve broke down on the motorway on the way to the Budapest 120 Harley Davidson anniversary festival. The recovery brought me here and all the staff was very helpful, kind and made my day to fix my bike. Unfortunately I have to amend my review. Recently stopped in to check out the bikes. Not a single person offered to help. Literally 4 employees looked up as I entered and then back at their phones. Not even a helloI bought a Harley that day but not at this store.Super nice staff. Was there for the open house and can’t say enough positive things about how well we were treated. They earned three new customers that day

a Very expensive store. Had a hard time finding it because it was behind a big wall. A T Shirt worked out to be $90 Canadian. a Poker chip was over $5.00 The staff didn't care. Want it or not???? I won't go back there.

Super Service!Visiting Prague, had technical problems. Despite full workshop we were helped immediately. Super fast! Super thorough! Super friendly! Two times...Thanks a lot! We'll be back .. even without technical problems.
