A little slower at peak times, but they usually give you extra stuff to compensate, so all good. Staff was nice overall:)

I’ve just ordered hot wings made by Michael and it was the best KFC experience I have ever had in Prague for the last 5 years!!! I even called the manager to share my feedback. I strongly recommend this place.

KFC needs to value its staff and treat them fairly and with respect. This is an issue a cross many of their stores in CZ. next training as I am often served chicken that has a low internal temperature and is not hot this is breaking KRC own rules in an attempt to reduce wastage. The same with the fries. Sides gravy should be a big seller but is not advertised or available on the customer terminals and when served the amount that s about the same as a sachet of gravy. Czechs love sauce/gravy KFC is missing a trick here. As to my experience today my food was under temp and at least two takeaway customers checked and found items missing from their order.

Not sure what's happening with KFC lately but I always wait long time for small 1-sandwich orders and today wasn't any different. Saw later orders getting my sandwich whilst I waited, Zinger wasn't hot anymore.

Terrible place, the absolute worst. The teenager who took my order didn’t greet me and I could barely hear what she mumbled. Very impolite and disinterested in her job. I speak Czech so it was no language barrier issue. When I brought my food home I discovered they managed to forget the main part or my order. I don’t even know how it is possible... whatever incompetent teenager who packed my food forgot the twister and must have thought I only wanted fries and soda. Who the hell orders that? Anyway. I love KFC but this place sucks balls. You owe me a god damn twister!

I am American, and this KFC is one of the best. You may order in person or on their automatic screen. This KFCis more expensive than in the US.

Small cappuccino is only 70% filled :((However, the double toast breakfast sandwich is delicious!
