Great location and friendly staff! Drinks served very efficently and there is good space upstairs for sitting. Great views of the square to go along with it.

Very beautiful cafe. The interior on the second floor of the cafe is truly breathtaking. The service was great, kind and smiling. It's definitely worth a visit and You also have a view of Wenceslas Square.

I love this location and always come to work here, but please provide some sort of staff training for the red-haired woman on the second floor who always bangs chairs, and adjusts tables, even when visitors are occupying them. I’ve been witnessing this inappropriate behavior for a few months already, but last time she crossed the line when she started aggressively moving my table with me and my laptop on it without even asking if she could move it. Only after I raised my voice at her did she leave me alone. This is inappropriate not just for a staff member but any human in this day and age.Lately, I just try to avoid this Starbucks bc of her rude and ignorant behavior. Yikes!

this used to be my favourite starbucks as the stuff was nice made jokes an dit gave it abit of a personal feeling however many people in the staff changed and it just went down hill toilets dont work usually the place is dirty sthe satff i srude when ordered normal stuff like a drink with extrashot they have some sort of internal jokes which they laugh at you it doesnt feel nice at all sorrry but now my favourite starbucks is the one at florenc

Red headed girl physically shoved me out of the way when she was walking down the hallway. I wasn’t even standing in the way, there was like 3 feet of room to walk. Wasn’t expecting to get assaulted by someone at Starbucks today. I said “excuse you” as she walked away and she just scoffed.

This Starbucks will of course serve you their standard beverages, but they will also charge you 20 Kč to use the bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous. Imagine a restaurant serving you and the asking for money for you to use the bathroom.Drink was good, a little noisy but a girl walked around cleaning the tables quite often so it was not too messy.

Coffee is good, and the atmosphere is nice. working and studying is definitely possible here. A bit busy downstairs, but upstairs is fine. Could be cleaner.I spend about an hour here, and the girl with the red hair that works here was moving around chairs and tables aggressively with people still sitting at them. Was fun to watch, but she should definitely find another job. Seems like she loves to be rude to people.
