I am happy to have Julia Pushkareva as my cosmetician - she is very gentle, helpful, kind and welcomes always with a smile. I highly recommend Julia, the clinic and their laser epilation treatments. HORRIBLE! The clinic lies to clients. They will say they used certain amount of product or quality and is a LIE. They will try use as little as possible and tell you they used all. Fraud. Even if you had a good service there, take a look at the financial statement to see if you paid for what you got, because if the products and quantity are different from what you asked it is because they lie and try to fake the price in the notes but most client won`t pay attention. If you are client there, ask for your notes and analyze.

Just had my first laser appointment at the Vinohrady branch, everything went really smoothly,the whole process was explained thoroughly before and I felt very comfortable.

I had two laser treatment procedures for hair removal at the Manesova location and I am very happy with the service provided. Ms. Julia was always professional and explained the process in detail. The reception staff (especially the lady with dark hair, I unfortunately do not know her name) was friendly and helpful.

I don't want expose myself and details but they are amateurs, dishonest and will try to charge more, use less products and of lower quality. Run!

My first time at the clinic was great. I have never felt more welcomed and communication wise everyone was excellent. Throughout the consultation and the procedure the doctor was amazing. 5 stars are well deserved.

The clinic lies to clients. I went for filler and they told me I was getting 2ml when they actually gave me 1.2ml, when I came back for more the doctor forgot he had lied and told he used 1.2ml so I questioned about the 0.8ml I would have the right to use since I paid for, so he got nervous, faked to look in the computer, and tried to say all was fine. So I looked in my Financial Note and it was written they used different products and quantity as I have being told, so that the price would comply with what I paid (a lie). If u ever used this clinic take a good look at the Financial Note and see if it is different from what they you they used. They will say the document with prices you paid is more valid than what you actually asked and got, keep lying and NEVER use honesty and much less give your money back. Total schemers. Run away!

Best clinic. I have reviewed the services and results previously. I am giving now all 5 stars to dental department. Excellent services, professional approach, my veneers look just great. I am happy to recommend dentists in Mediestetik to all.
