Why everybody complains, I don't understand. Sometimes it's s bit crowded there but no major issues while I was there. There is queue system and staff are friendly.

I found this service unprofessional for two reasons: the first one is that nobody can offer a service in English language, although Brno is a quite international city nowadays. The second one is that I asked for a certified copy of my original German certificate, but they told me that it is not original, because of the signature colour: it is blue and not black.

found a staff who can speak English. prior to this had a bad experience at ceska posta in other branch. but this branch staff made it easier to obtain police clearance certificate.

I highly recommend you take a blanket, some comfortable camping chair, your favorite book, something to eat and drink and also strong nerves, because you will spend in this post office your whole youth.

If you plan on picking up a package here, consider doing so on Friday between 1100~1200 as this is the only time window in which I was served in less than 15 minutes. Otherwise, one very poorly managed post office. Almost unbearably long waiting times and not enough open counters. On regular days expect at least 30 minutes of waiting.

From 5pm it gets crowded, but personal is usually nice and helpful - i had no problems at all there, multiple times
