It was nice to stay in a hotel which the owner has putted effort in operations, we get guest welcome letter and welcome drink, there were lots of options and fresh squeezed juice for breakfast. The reception lady was courteous and helpful. location is great - right between the shopping mall and old town square. We enjoy our stay here.

This hotel was great. We arrived earlier than check-in time the staff was friendly enough to check if we already could check in.Rooms are clean and big. Breakfast is also very big. Location is great. Not in the city centre, but a 5 minute walk to it!

Bit of a funky layout as not all rooms and apartments are in the main building, but within less than a minute walking distance. The room we stayed in was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable.Breakfast selection was one of the best I've ever had for a small budget hotel. All important sights are within 20min walking distance.Staff very friendly as well - highly recommend staying here when visiting Plzen for a day or two

Advance payment upon booking. I booked a deluxe apartment for 3 people, with 1 large bed and 3 sofas - for 3 people, with seperate bads. After entering the apartment, there is only 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. The staff didn't help. We were tired after traveling on motorbikes - object was not offered a extra bed or room. Incorrectly completed forms and room descriptions on booking. The staff did not show any willingness to help.There was a Ukrainian wedding at the entrance to the apartment, with afterparty for the next day.View from the window on the parking lot.I do not recommend. Check conditions carefully as described.Good location

Very nice modern rooms, fantastic breakfast (the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen for the price), affordable, nice staff, great location. 10/10Beware though there is no lift, could be quite an inconvenience and huge con if having large suitcases

I had a non-refundable reservation with them through Booking. Because there was an exceptional situation that was out of my control I needed to cancel but, they managed to find a way to get my money back. Professional.

The hotel declined my booking two days before the check-in date. They explained it to a reservation issue in their system, but looking at the same reviews from other guests, I'm guessing this is a common occurrence.We were offered to change our original room to another, lower class room with a small discount on this, but we were unable to officially renew the booking.Very unreliable service.Please be careful especially with long term bookings.

Staff was nice and breakfast was great with enough to choose from. The room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Sadly there is no elevator so if have heavy stuff to carry don't get a room on the top floor. The walk to the centre is 5-10 minutes and to the Science Centre(Techmania) is around 15 minutes or 5 minutes by bus.So it's a great start to explore the city.
