I spent in Prague several hours so my visit of First Witch Shop was spontaneous. I really enjoyed being in this place! I was warmly welcomed by red-haired girl who showed me everything I asked for.I found the things I was searching for and hope to come one day again :)Thanks a lot.

Lots of high quality supplies for a cheap price and a big variety, unfortunately I don't speak Czech that well so I couldn't communicate with the staff and checking out took a little while but other than that I love it! I'll definitely visit again.

A very nice shop! I was visiting and don’t speak Czech but soon as I walked in I was greeted and one woman was very helpful and was able to speak in English with me. Lots of candles, incense, reading cards and selection of teas. Would visit again!

Now after a couple of years, I have to change the rating. I bought a bracelet here and what was supposed to be a natural stone. Its colour was washed off in cold water. I wrote to the shop and had confirmation that I can return it to the ship. However, the middle-aged woman shop manager was rude and didn't even listen to what I was saying. Eventually, I got the money back, but I will never visit the shop again. Be careful about the quality of the things in this shop.

I was shown a variety of broomsticks. They looked like cheap fakes.The shopkeeper refused to demonstrate them - and that should be a red flag.

Great selection of products dedicated to this topic.The staff is pretty weird - they were following us through the store and starring at us - probably because they saw we are not Czechs and I guess expecting to steal something? It was not comfortable to have these eyes on you on every move, so we ended up leaving the store.

The prices of essential oils are cheaper than in other stores in Prague. They are exported from Russia and there is a big selection but be aware that of use by date as many of them are more than half a year OUT OF DATE! And paying full price for something out if date is ridiculous. The staff was very nice about it but did not look that would care to get rid of them.
