Today I decided to do a manucure and pedicure for my birthday as well as hand and foot massages. The girl who attended me was lovely, sweet, careful and very nice and professional. The massages were excellent and the seat also allowed back massaging. Very professional staff and lovely people. They also treated us with a rose and some drinks. It was an absolute delight to go there. Thanks to the nice person who attended me and the rest of the staff. We will come back

They gave my girlfriend the complete wrong treatment. She asked for something simple, her nails filed and polished, but she got gel nails. She told them multiple times that she didn’t want that, asked them to remove them or make them shorter. They just laughed in her face and said that they couldn’t do that. They constantly said that they didn’t want to do what she wanted, or they pretended that they didn’t understand what she was saying. Out of annoyance she had to just let them do what they were doing. Cause it was too late

I’ve been visiting this salon for at least 2 years, no problem whatsoever, until last week. I went for lash extensions as usual and immediately in the first 2-3days half of the lashes (only left eye) fell out. I have asked the salon to refill the missing lashes, but was told due to wrong treatment I have to pay full price or pay for the refill, even though it’s just one eye that has been troubled. I believe the whole procedure was not done correctly, I go here every month and treat the lashes as I was told. This was my last visit and I do recommend pedicure and manicure but lashes, not really. Also I was told I can’t make a complaint even if it happened the same day as they providede high quality only. Well the don’t.

Do not recommend!! I got a toe infection from the pedicure here. He also forgot to polish one toenail, so they just look really weird. Just an overall bad experience.

If I could I would give zero stars. I gave this place a second chance after my first bad experience - the gel was coming off few days after the manicure. This time no surprise the gel is peeling off the following day! They promise you a refund one week within the manicure so I went there and wanted my money back and the staff refused to refund me. They offered to fix the nails which are not done properly. When I asked them if they would do a new cover of the same color the lady told me it won’t be up to me how they fix it, that I have no say in it, that this never happened to them and that the next time I can go somewhere else if I don’t like them. Unbelievably bad service and attitude. I 100% don’t recommend!

I came on 26/12 ( 2 hours before they close). It was very long time i had a new nails. The guy made the new nails for me is Tuan Anh - very young but i think he work with all of his heart. He is not fast but very carefully. Thank you very much. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

The staff is rude, and execrable. My manicure was correct but nails were not the same size and when I was trying to talk to the women she was replying very rudely. DONT GO
