Hotel Cloister Inn

There is a coffee machine at the reception.. Our room was big, we had a sofa and a table..the bed was big and comfortable. Our room was by the road and opposite there is a restaurant and couple of bars..but we hardly heard any noise from outside..it is about 5 minutes walk to Charles Bridge.

I have been two time's in this beautiful hotel. My stay was very comfortable and i get best price for this central location. Room was large and very clean and also Asian girl at front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The location is very close to most must-see places. The employees are very caring and smiling. It is also a very clean and comfortable hotel. They also celebrated my birthday. Thank you very much for everything. I would definitely recommend.

the room was decent for the price.the location was very good, not far from the center but not too near to get annoying by crowned tourists.the staff was helpful and polite.they also have airport transfers service too

While the location of this hotel is excellent, I cannot say the same for the rest of the amenities offered.Accessing the attached private bathroom was quite a nightmare, in the sense that it had to be accessed by a flight of steep stairs- while it was not really an issue for me physically, but very annoying; it can be especially problematic for elderly people in the dark.Although I paid for two nights and breakfast for two days at the time of checkin, I was not provided a packed breakfast(which I had requested for much in advance) at the time of checkout. (I had an early flight to catch).Breakfast was average and there were no toiletries in the bathroom( not even a hand wash).

Very happy with the hotel during a 4 night stay. Great location just off the heart of the tourist areas so a 5-10 walk minute to various popular spots. The tram stops are close by to give quick access to the likes of the castle. Wi-fi was excellent. Tea and coffee can be made by reception and taken to the room if you wish. The room was made up every day.....we honestly had no grumbles....apart from a very small TV and poor channels, but we should have other things to do in such a beautiful city. Takes about 50 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel using the 119 bus and the metro, including a 10 minute walk.

Really good location. 24 hour reception. Provided a kettle for the room when asked. Fridge in the room. Could do with larger cups! Excellent shower. Firm bed but that’s my preference. Could do with more plugs in the room. Didn’t have the breakfast as we preferred to eat out.

Such a lovely hotel situated right next to all major tourist attractions in Prague. The receptionists (Czech man and woman) were very friendly and helpful and made the experience quick and easy. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, with nice beds & sheets as well as a compact bathroom. I won't forget this place. Thank you all

I found this hotel last minute and have been extremely impressed with there service and value for the price. I would happily recommend friends and family to stay here as the location, customer service and quality of the rooms (including nice sheets and pillows) is definitely 5 stars relative to the price. Thanks guys!
