Even though I have been a customer for 3 years, I was treated in an extremely unprofessional manner. The employee was humiliating and making fun of me in such a ridiculous way. Refused to do the simplest job of clarifying the issue, instead he was insulting. Very poor customer service. The guy was very disrespectful... Vodafone, this is not how you keep your customers.

I am changing my review. Had some experience with tech support on the phone with Vodafone and it was extremely professional. I am only removing one star for a bad experience with the physical shot assistant.

There were 2 guys at 8:30 pm on Friday, I was trying to do net roaming on SIM, but they didn't help. Their behavior was not good either. vodafone customer care is so bad i am surprised.

Terrible experience with the gentleman at the counter in Novy Smichov mall today. He was rude, didn’t listen to me properly and couldn’t care about resolving my problem. My experience with Vodafone’s other locations in Prague has been good though.

They never know how to solve a problem and asked me to leave the store, in the midle of the process, after waiting 20 min, saying they were closing. It was 21:00. Very unprofessional and terrible service.

One star is still too much. If you are foreigner and use Vodafone service in Czech Republic then you will have one of the worst customer service in the Telecommunication ever. I am waiting back for my deposit and i was not properly informed. One time they told me to wait 5 days, another time 2 months. Was open ticket and closed without any resolution. It is not a bad service or support . It is lack of service and customer support even if you paying your bills in time. Avoid please this company, especially if you are foreigner. And Ask Us service from MyVodafone application will answer in 5 days without any help.

Vodafone always comes up with new and unique ways to have the worst customer service. I went to this Vodafone shop to pay a bill. Paid the bill and service fee, no problem. Then later Vodafone sends me a bill saying they need to charge me a penalty because I paid them the incorrect amount at the shop. So basically, Vodafone asked me for money I gave them what they asked, then they charged me extra for paying the wrong amount.Vodafone is terrible. There is a TMobile right next to this shop. Go there instead.

Vodafone support there is too nervous. Terrible user experience. Just shout on you and do not explain anything. If you don't like your job, find another one which will make you happier.
