Avoid at all costs! Waiting 30 mins, went to the crew and asked what is going on, they said they will bring it. After 5 more mins they bring half of the order.

Mildly tasteless, skimpy on sauces, cheddar in burger undercooked, no ketchup given whatsoever (have to buy an extra sauce, not mentioned by staff), fries were especially bad, cold, hard and oily, probably cooked a long time before serving. Unfortunate, I used to like McDonald's fries. Still better than nearby catastrophic KFC though, if you had to come here.

I ordered just 2 apple pies and was waiting for more than 10 minutes when they had them ready beforehand and could just give them right away. If I didn't talk I would be stuck there for God knows how....

Again same story, they are always missing something in the order this time giving only 1 star. This is the worst mc Donald’s. No excuse nothing when I told them that they gave me an incomplete order!Old entry:Acceptable, better check your ordered stuff immediately. It happens that the guys are forgetting some of your ordered items.

Ordered 4 personalised items, waited 20 minutes for realisation and got none of them as we wanted, despite having the stickers on them that they should be especially without certain things, as we wanted. Should’ve gone there, sent it back and demanded another proper version, now regretting not having it done. Shame

Our order came wrong as one burger that was meant to be a chicken, ended up being beef. But the instant I brought it to the notice of the young boy )who was walking around checking on patrons to see if everything is alright), jumped into action, sprinted to the kitchen after apologizing saying he was terribly sorry (even though he wasn't the one preparing the order) and then returned with the right burger in less than 2 mins and again apologized a couple of times.Later the store manager came and also asked if everything was alright and looking at their business, I had no doubts that it is a team like this that results in customer satisfaction of the highest order.Apart from this the following things are good too :-The location is really perfect for those doing a road trip.Plenty of screens for self ordering options.Comfy seating area with different kinds of options like sofas, high chairs, cushions etc.Fast internet.

Just another McDonald's with average-quality food and below-average food packaging. The vegetables always seem to fall out of the burger, the wraps are never properly sealed, and the sauces end up all over the place. However, despite these issues, we've visited this place many times and we've never received food in bad condition. Furthermore, the bathroom has consistently remained clean during our visits.

I m a driver, and i was waiting for 15 minutes and i did not get any food. They did not tell me anything and after a long waiting time i still had no food. Terrible customer service.
