Sauna Spot

Nice sauna on the river Vltava. They have 4 saunas, great calm rooms, massage available in the place upon previous order. Price is good and staff is nice. City tram near the sauna and public parking right next to the house. I love their views from sauna in the upper floor.

One of the best sauna in Prague and good place to relax. Very liked sauna ceremonies there.Only 1 small minus for me why I choose to give 4 stars - strong unpleasant smell in the shower. Maybe it's good to provide some aromas there.

I love this sauna place, it’s one of the best in Prague! Everything is super clean, there’s beautiful and cozy stone and wood floors and walls… wooden sun beds and chairs with blankets to relax on in between… there’s indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, all very cozy. They have showers everywhere and 2 cold pools… one is like ice, the other is very cold but more bearable. There’s a little bar where you can buy food and drinks or big water jugs with slices of lemon and mint. The huge windows and view are stunning at any time of the year. They give you a sheet and a towel. Don’t forget to bring flip flops or slippers if you want. The showers have soap and makeup remover for the ladies, as well as hair dryers, lockers. For me 90min is enough, unless you want to sit around longer between saunas and read or look outside. Staff is very friendly. They accept multisport as a discount, then you pay a bit extra depending on how long you stay.

Nice view but too many people. I felt super uncomfortable. It was like Wenceslas Square during the peak hour but everyone naked. The cold pools did not make me feel that it is clean. I could not imagine I would stand also inside in a line to get inside the sauna. Would not come back and would not recommend for people who likes to have some privacy and relax in a calm environment.

Fantastic experience, especially the picture window in the upstairs spa where you can watch trams and trains in the distance. Lots of different rooms and temperatures to try. It's clean and everyone is polite and respectful creating a peaceful ambience, especially on weekday mornings when it's less busy. The staff are very professional. There's a very relaxing chill out area with loungers, blankets and beautiful treetop views. Drinks and snacks are available.

Very busy in the evenings. Price 355 Kč 90 min + 15 extra min for changing. With Multisport card you pay 180 Kč for 90 min and then 4 Kč per any extra minute. For me it generally means that I pay with my Multisport card 370 Kč per visit, meaning that I did 4-5 sauna cycles with relaxing pauses. It is one of the best Prague saunas in my opinion. I would personally welcome cheaper prices and cleaner environment to give 5 stars.

A really good place. Different types of sauna. Bar and snacks. Great chill-out zone with panoramic view. Opportunity go outside as well.

The OG Sauna in Prague. Absolutely the best and incomparable to any other sauna places (wink wink). Unfortunately the prices have risen quite a bit lately so it's not for a daily recreation anymore, and I feel like the bar as well as dressing rooms deserve a little redesigning (yellow walls in 2023, really? :( ). The staff is usually very friendly but some team members could be more approachable. I do agree that the cleanliness could be attained to better. The ceremonies are mostly top notch unless they decide to play Eminem or Linkin Park (omg really, again, miss?) Giving still 4 stars because I absolutely love the sauna quality and overall atmosphere!!

4 saunas with different Temperatures ranging from 60*C to 96*C and the iciest dipping pools I ever dove into. Plenty of showers, too… nice clean and relaxing space. And the massage is great, too!
