حجزت فيه لكن لقيت موقف عند الشقه فما وقفت السياره لكن اعجبني تعامل الموظف رحت اشوف المواقف اذا تناسب اجيب سيارتي اليوم الثاني ولقيت الموقف اصغر وطلبت التغيير على طول غير لي المره الثانيه باذن الله احجز عندهم مباشره

I reserved this parking place before arrival in Prague because it was Saturday and didn't want to be stressed out to look for a parking spot. And it was a smart idea! Once you make a reservation and make a payment, they send you a text message with a number of your spot in a parking lot and a phone number. When you get there, you just call that number and then the gate automatically open! How cool is that! I paid about 10 Euro for 12 hours! It was so worth it!

Parking location was great and safe. If you plan to visit plan ahead and reserve your spot as i have been to Prague several times and never found parking with in and out access. Easy instructions for parking. really recommend it!!

Easy to find, easy to access (just call the number). Enough (parking) space. Great location. You'll be at the shopping street (Na Prikope) in no time - 5-7 min walk. We extended our parking time with just one call, it didn't even last 2 minutes and the arrangement was made. They send you an email with a payment link for the extended hours and voila. Super easy. Reservation (409658) and parking with Mr. Parkit was very easy, all the spots are clearly labeled and easy to find. You open the gate simply by calling with your phone after registering your number with the reservation. Couldn't be easier!This garage is only 5 minutes away from Wenceslas Square or the Main Station.As a suggestion EV chargers would be a plus.

Unfortunately we had bad experience in this parking house.We have parking spots there as we live just in the house next to it..If you have a bigger/wider car,like ours,it is difficult to enter the parking house .But if you go slow ,the bar closes over your car.It happened to our car twice.When we tried to raise a complaint at the guards ,they told us arrogantly “drive straight, and anyway what’s there to complain about,the bar is fine”.Clearly the bar has no sensor in it, as it simply closes over the car.Neither is a warning at the entrance about how fast the bar goes down. Based on the prices I would expect a more efficient bar,and complaint handling,and more customer friendly approach..

Even my lowered car had no problems. Communication was fine!

When pulling up to the barrier, be aware that it seems to chop up and down faster than a chef's cleaver. So, wait, call and proceed with caution...Once in it's narrower than you might expect and if you have the pleasure of level -6 (space 611), let your passenger out as you'll be parking between concrete columns.Then there's the fun of escaping.So, you're at level-6, the elevator lobby shows -3, if you select level 0, you will wander around an empty reception area (Sunday night) inside the building and you can't get out.We took the lift to level -1 walked up a flight of stairs and out into a courtyard and onto the street...A right little adventure.On returning we entered via the access ramp, took the lift to -3 and walked down the ramp to -6.While it's easy to find it can be tricky to navigate with a longer car.

Pro: Safe, close to the center, 24/7 access, good location, easy booking.Cons: I can only recommend this parking lot only if you have a medium to small size car or if you park your car and not use it for an extended period. The parking lot was very narrow and between two walls… Luckily for me i just parked my car for the entire week and never used it.
