They almost have everything I needed to get and their fruit and vegetables are fresh , their staffs are really friendly and lovely even some of them they don’t speak English very well but they keep smiling to you and you never get a wired vibes from them.

The cashier(woman) and “Supervisor”(man)were so rude to us. We had to pay with credit card,but for some reason it was declined, we asked if we could pay in euro,he said they won‘t accept it, they are muttering in czech and we can see the displease in their faces. A gentleman on the queue offered to pay for it instead,but then they won‘t still accept it,they said that we can pay in euro,but the change would be in czech crowns,we gladly accept it and said thank you. Then later, on our surprise it was also deducted on my credit card.

Extremely rude people, talking just in czech in a rude way. Even If you are in so much need of something, dont go there, awful experience with these rassist cashiers!

Very rude customer service. We traveled from Finland to Prague and stopped by to buy some groceries. They clearly saw we didn't speak the language but spoke only English. They didn't speak to us in English at any point, just stared at us rudely and whispered something to each other. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who's traveling from someplace else.

Staff are friendly. The store is great for quick and late night shopping. At the entrance the security guard is friendly, and the cashier girls are also helpful and friendly. Highlighting the Asian girl at the cashier. She is an extremely friendly and helpful person. I recommend this location.

Only good thing there is a nice shop assistant but the shop is usually packed, there are queues and the self-checking doesn't work properly. The space is tiny the prices are not. Edit: one male cashier is super rude there, I have been to the shop many times since I live here and would not go there if it wasn't in such a convenient place and open late.

Small store with a decent selection of items. I've gone in a handful of times and there is always a queue to pay. The people who work there are extremely rude. On my last visit, I was trying to pay with my credit card, and the cashier started shouting at me in Czech. I nicely told her that I only speak, but she continued to shout even while I bagged my own groceries. The other workers just laughed rather than stepping in. I will not be visiting this location again. I recommend that if you are looking to purchase some groceries, that you head to Albert for a much more pleasant experience.
