Fine place for quick quality chicken food on main tourist road between bus and metro station Florenc and historical Prague. Staff speak ok EN and help with choosing menu or selection. This KFC has large sitting place with plenty of seats in every day time plus free wifi and clear toilets. Endless drink can be used with menu or bought separated. I would recommend this more than nearby overcrowded Mcdonnalds.

The level of service at this KFC was astonishing!! The employee that served us spoke in Czech, German, Italian, French and Polish. I was highly impressed as I was fully expected to use my broken Czech to try to order some food. The food was on the pricey side as we paid over £16 for to medium meals.

Update: Place has changed A LOT since my last comment. Every time I enter there's an unbelievable amount of meat and sandwiches already prepared, who knows how long they've been sitting there. For the last couple months everything I ordered was cold and rubbery. I now prefer to go to nearby Palladium.Original review: One of the less busy fast food restaurants nearby which is great, note, however that there's no air-conditioning so it gets quite hot in the summer...

Standard KFC. I think the bald cashier was angry. I managed to escape his wrath by knowing exactly what I was going to order. Can't say the same thing about the woman before me. Clean restaurant, quick low quality fast food. I recommend visiting Bageterie Boulevard instead, which is next door.

Worst service ever. They act like they do not know that they are selling chicken. I have been there four times and have cancelled my order three time because they are always missing some thing. Some times they don't have mashed potatoes, or coleslaw, or even chicken (original recipe ). AND THEIR ACTITUD OMG ! They are rude and even confrontational !

Worst cheese burger, worst chicken stripes, worst fries… Serving stripes fried at least couple of hours ago, feels and tastes like chewingrubber… cost me 13€, ended in the garbage.

Nice staff, cheaper prices than regular, very quick service, pretty good public transport accessibility. The only downside is the interier - it is clean, but it looks kind of old-style.
