Legit had a man try and take my bag right after I checked out and nobody even tried to help me. They just all kept to themselves. The guy was trapping me since once you check out there is only one way out and he wouldn’t let me by and you are on the -2 floor. Whatever you do don’t go here. I got away eventually but the guy did punch me. I was shocked nobody came to help since I don’t speak any Czech. There are so many other places to go to

Not relating to the comments made on the cashiers. I was served by a polite person, in English. Huge queue but moving relatively fast. Small shop but the essentials are here.

Horrible customer service. After purchasing groceries, we needed a plastic bag. She got angry that we did not ask for it before paying, and was very rude handling the situation. She also decided to serve the next one in line before finally letting us purchase the bag.I will not generalize my experience over the whole chain and consider this an isolated case, but still one pretty bad case might indicate holes in customer service training.

Absolutely horrible customer service by the woman cashier! I do not understand how manager keeps her/them here. Woman was rude, mean and made absolutely everything she could to make sure customers would never come here to shop again. Shop anywhere else if you want to be treated with some respect.
