I wanted to change the frame of my glasses and keep the glasses. there were 3 to 4 people working, none had the attitude to work, they just stare at me like trolls. A worker approached everyone else except me, not sure why. Once I approached her, she told me the store can’t help because the frame of my glasses were not provided by the store themselves ( like I did not know ) then just walked away. What a shame.

Solid items and reasonable price. Extremely bad customer service for English speakers. If you speak Czech it could be different. Don't recommend.

Entered to buy a pair of sunglasses and asked if they spoke English. Before I got a chance to finish my sentence the woman rudely said 'No sorry' with a sour look on her face. Probably most unwelcome service I've ever experienced in my life to date. Luckily found another optician shop (which was super friendly and welcoming) to spend my money instead!!

owful experience: I waited 15 before to be attended (one person was free but was ignoring me as he was texting with his mobile phone). Then I was attended by one girl that did not every tried to understand what I needed. they should improve their work aptitude.

Terrible, rude, arrogant and unprofessional staff. They lied to me to not give me the discount. I had already made a purchase of glasses and frame in another location and was eligible to get loyalty card and discount on further purchases. They told me I can get the card only after the second purchase which is not true. They told me also my husband can not buy me with his card a women glasses which is also not true. Add to this their rude behavior acting like it is a favor to bend the glasses to fit my ears. I wish i have seen the reviews here before entering that horrible shop. I regret buying there and i hate the glasses now.
