I came by to talk about potentially ordering a car from this dealership today, and I was very impressed with them. The salesman knew his cars, spent about an hour with me going over the various details and showing me what they had. The worst customer service ever, we came to buy a car and nobody came to us to help to choose what we want to get. Nobody speaks English or does not even know what to tell you. higher more people which can help the clients.

For foreigners to avoid absolutely. no consideration for you as customer. Ask a quote for tires, got it from their service, printed in czk with their logo , came a week after to order it. they told me the quote is not from them...?? they told me we are going to make a new one...still waiting their call.

Have to book service 6 weeks in advance, the stuff in both locations, Zličín and Kladno, are arrogant and certainly make you feel like you are not welcome. I have been buying my cars with Louwman and getting them serviced there for the last 5 years. After my last few experiences I will be looking elsewhere.
