Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Pilsen

Rooms a large and well equipped. There has been mold stains in the shower. Location is great, but you have to close the windows if you have a room on the street side. There was a false fire alert, which is quite disturbing. Most staff are friendly, but some are ignorant and/or lazy.

+ the food was delecious+ the interiors are nice, the reception staff are friendly+ convenietly close to the train station+ nice bike room+ had a small unpleasant incident but got compensated adequately by the management- rooms facing the main street are a bit noisy - make sure you get one facing the other way if you're sensitive to noise- labels say that towels not put on the floor will be kept, yet they get replaced anyway - not as eco- as they pretend

Stayed at Vienna House during a business conference and the experience was superb. Friendly staff with good English skills and clean rooms.

I would rate higher than 5 stars five stars if possible. Everything about this stay was beyond exceptional. The service and especially the food in the restaurant was beyond all expectations.A special thanks to the restaurant staff Viktoria and Natalya.This hotel is an absolute must for anyone visiting Pilsen, or on their way to Prague. The location is perfect to visit the brewery, and is convenient as it is just across the road.I highly, highly recommend stopping in for dinner.

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is in the centre of Pilsen, which is perfect for visiting the beautiful city and business trips.

Great location for staying when passing through to Prague. We did the Pilsner Urquell brewery and stayed here as it is right across the road. Reception staff were lovely. Room was perfect. Parking is easy here. The bar and restaurant staff are very welcoming and very accomodating. We had a complimentary drink and the bar/restaurant service was exceptional by Veronika and Natalya. Veronika spoke English really well and made our experience really enjoyable. The chef was so accomodating to adjusting our meals ever so slightly and wanted to ensure everything was okay. Really sweet and welcoming team! Thanks again.

We had great 2 nights at this hotel. Great location. Very clean and tidy. Lady(I can’t remember the name) at check in was really nice and informative. Plenty choices for breakfast. We loved the fresh juices. If I need to be picky every morning was missing English breakfast tea at the buffet. Also I didn’t get any drinks in mini fridge(no biggie). Definitely will comeback.

Great hotel in a very good location, right in fron of the Pilsner Urquel brewerey and 2 minutes from the train station. Also great for conferences.Special thanks to the people working there, I forgot an item during my stay and they helped me recover it.

Super clean. very nice and friendly staff who speaks perfect english. very large breakfast included. lovely again.
