ArbesDentry zubní ordinace (dříve ArbesDent)

Rozhodla jsem se po delším uvážení o udělení hodnocení. V minulosti jsem navštěvovala jen opravdu kvalitní zubaře. Na tuto kliniku jsem přešla s doporučením manžela. Preventivní prohlídky bez problému, bohužel můj problém přišel s osmičkou, kterou bylo třeba vytrhnout. Dostala jsem tedy termín. Bohužel mne zub už velmi zlobil, otékala mi dáseň a zažívala jsem nepříjemnou bolest, kterou bylo třeba řešit. (Již jednou jsem tento problém řešila s předešlým zubařem, který dáseň profesionálně ošetřil a upravil ji okolo zubu tak, aby nebolela) poté vše fungovalo bez problému dva roky. Nyní jsem se po těhotenství rozhodla zdravý (ale překážející) zub vytrhnout, jak mi bylo zde doporučeno. Dáseň mi zhruba 5 dnů před trháním natekla opět přes zub. Na kliniku jsem se snažila zhruba 2 hodiny dovolat. Zde jsem měla možnost zažít první a to velmi neprofesionální zážitek s paní zubařkou Annou Gerasymenko, kterou velmi nedoporučuji!! (I co se týče špatného úsudku potřeby opravy zubu, jak mi později sdělil už můj zubař). Dáseň mi pouze vyčistila a řekla, že to do trhání zubu vydržím. Dostala jsem tedy Aulin na bolest a čekala jsem s bolestí na trhání. Po této zkušenosti jsem poprosila o přestup k jiné paní zubařce. Trhání proběhlo bez komplikace, s postupem po extrakci zubu jsem byla obeznámena a vše jsem pečlivě dodržovala. Problém nastal za 4 dny, kdy mi opět dáseň po vytrženém zubu natekla a bolest se stupňovala. Bohužel byl zrovna víkend. Hned v ranní době ordinačních hodin jsem volala na recepci se svým problémem. Tou dobou byla bolest tak velká, že jsem nebyla schopna fungovat. Paní na recepci mi sdělila, že se mi tedy ozvou. Za dvě a půl hodiny jsem zkoušela zavolat znovu, protože se mi nikdo neozval. Stále nebylo možné dostat hodinu, kdy bych se mohla dostavit. Po třech hodinách čekání to můj manžel nevydržel a s velkým naštváním jel kliniku navštívit osobně. Kde jistě nebyl milý. A bylo mu sděleno, že jsem měla jít na pohotovost. (Kde jsem opravdu v sobotu ráno byla, ale i tam mi samozřejmě bylo řečeno, že se mám ihned jak to půjde dostavit ke svému zubaři). Načež mi konečně zavolala paní zubařka Štěpánková, která byla velmi nepříjemná a dlouho mne vůbec nepustila ke slovu, téměř křičela a sdělila mi, že pokud od nich chci ošetřit, mám přinést paní recepční bonboniéru, jelikož na ni můj manžel nebyl hodný. Věřím, že nebyl milý, když mě viděl už několikátý den ve velké bolesti a zimnici.Dostala jsem tedy termín za 5 hodin. S akutní, opravdu velmi silnou bolestí jsem od 8:00 ( kdy jsem volala poprvé) konečně v 11:00 dostala termín na 16:00 a to s podmínkou, že mám přinést buď já, nebo můj manžel bonboniéru, jinak me neošetří. Za muže jsem se omluvila do telefonu, nicméně se mi celá situace rozležela v hlavě a rozhodla jsem se zavolat svému předchozímu zubaři. Ten mě vzal okamžitě. Chtěla jsem svou návštěvu v arbesdentry zrušit, nicméně opět nebylo možné se dovolat (jak se často stává). Kliniku opravdu nikomu nedoporučuji!!!!

I paid 3000czk for 30 minute visit. Just fixing one small tooth filling that fell out. Even without anesthesia. Such prices like in Germany or UK.....

I have the privilege of being Dr. Anna Gerasymenko's patient for a long time. She's the most wonderful dentist. She's incredibly patient, precise and perfect. It's fascinating that I'm leaving a review for her after such a long time. But with time now I'm sure that there couldn't be a better dentist. Thank you, Dr. Gerasymenko.The clinic itself is also very good, it's perfectly clean and and has a nice and comfortable waiting room, it has never happened to me to have to wait there for long.Last but not least, the secretary of the clinic is very helpful and nice, and speaks English fluently.

Já jsem zatím velice spokojená.Opravdu velmi příjemný personál i na recepci.Paní doktorka Gerasymenko vždy vše perfektně vysvětlí a seznámila mě jak bude probíhat léčba do budoucna i co se financí týče.Vše bezbolestně...za mě opravdu konečne skvělý přístup k pacientovi.

Update:I received a super nice call and an apology for the lack of response. They have explained the situation and why it happend. So big kudos for that, I highly appreciate it. Adjusting my rating therefore and will soon book my new appointment :)I can’t rate their service, as unfortunately I never got contacted back regarding my two inquiries for an appointment. One was for accute pain and one for a normal check up. Both times I used their online “booking” system, which is not really a booking system rather than to submit an inquiry. However, I find it more than odd that not once I received an e-mail or call back (talking about 4 week time frame). That is just terrible customer service. Even if you are booked for a while, you should contact the patient back (especially for accute pain, as you do promote on your website emergency help).

Very professional and friendly staff who are focused not only on providing quality care but also in making patients feel welcomed and comfortable. In addition, the office is clean and visually appealing. The amount charged was transparent as it was the same as indicated on the web page and as stated over the phone. Patient management processes such as adding a new patient into the system and arranging subsequent visits is fast, well organized and handled in a friendly manner. Patients are also given a card indicating the date and time of their next appointment to mitigate any miscommunications.Mrs. Anna-Marie Makalova, DiS took care of my teeth on this first visit. I like this place. Been here twice. The doctors are good and friendly. Everybody speaks English. They accept credit cards.

Great service. I had an acute root canal treatment - and they spent extra time making sure that the pain was managed properly. I have had many bad dental experiences - and fainted in a dental surgery before. I really appreciate that they treat each patient as an indivdual - and spend time if it's needed.
