Auto Kelly saved us!The brake switch in our car failed leaving Kraków and a nut on the windshield wiper transmission had backed out shortly after arriving in Prague (car had been sitting about 3 years). We were able to pick up a new switch and a simple tool kit at the distribution warehouse to fix both and continue our trip. The employees were friendly and helpful and got the part quickly. We had initially stopped at a different Auto Kelly in Prague 11 which gave us the part number we needed and told us we could drive 15-20 minutes and pick it up or wait about three hours to be delivered to the store. We opted to make the drive since it only took about an hour and a half total to go there, get the stuff, fix the car and come back to Prague.

They have everything in one place. You will wait for it. Give it 1-2 hrs.

Horrible service! Had to wait 80min for the guy to wake up and chase the delivery of the goods from the warehouse.
