This booking service is flawed - their algorithms do not account for the realities on the ground. The booking system allowed only 1 hour and 20 minutes for transfer between an international flight and an onward domestic flight at Bali airport in Indonesia. The reality is that this takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes because of the need to pass through passport control, collect baggage, do the customs declaration and then transfer on foot to the domestic terminal. I booked 1750 euros through Bank account and wanted to print the ticket، but unfortunately my little child played with my Mobile and after 15 or 20 minutes cancelled the ticket by mistake from my Mobile. Ticket were booked but the money wasn't taken from my account. I checked my Kiwi app, Kiwi company sent me 10 euros from (1750.Euro).I contacted the Kiwi services and said there was no way we could send your money because you cancelled your ticket. And I acted immediately and pulled 1750, euros from my bank account.What do you guys think I should do with the Kiwi Company? Someone give me an opinion please، I'll thank you for advice.

They try to scamming on us, when I wanted to add luggage for price 48 euro as it was written on the app, they take 30 euro as service fee and it wasn't written on the app that there is a fee(maybe in very small size)The worst company at all

I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking my travel arrangements through Kiwi.com, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I feel compelled to share my grievances and warn fellow travelers about the terrible flight change policy and abysmal customer service offered by this company.First and foremost, Kiwi.com's flight change policy is nothing short of a disaster. It is evident that their primary concern is not customer satisfaction, but rather maximizing their profits at the expense of their clients. Dealing with their customer service team was an exercise in frustration, as I was met with a lack of empathy and a series of evasive responses that left me feeling utterly abandoned as a paying customer.The flight change policy itself is convoluted and filled with hidden clauses designed to deceive and frustrate customers. It became apparent that their priority was finding any excuse to retain my hard-earned money, rather than providing a fair and reasonable solution to my change of flight request. This lack of transparency and integrity is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the company as a whole.Moreover, I cannot overlook the shockingly poor customer service provided by Kiwi.com. The responses I received were riddled with errors and inconsistencies, as if they had been clumsily translated using a subpar automated tool. It was clear that their customer service representatives lacked both the competence and the desire to address my concerns effectively. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a supposedly reputable travel agency.The use of automated translation tools not only hindered effective communication but also displayed a lack of respect for non-English-speaking customers. Every individual, regardless of their language, deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Kiwi.com's dismissive attitude and lack of genuine concern for their customers only served to further aggravate an already frustrating situation.In light of my terrible experience, I implore fellow travelers to avoid Kiwi.com at all costs. Their flight change policy is designed to exploit customers and their customer service is simply abysmal. I urge you to consider alternative travel agencies that prioritize customer satisfaction, transparency, and professionalism.I have reached out to Kiwi.com multiple times, demanding a resolution to my flight change issue and appropriate compensation for the time wasted and the stress endured. Unfortunately, they have failed to address my concerns adequately, leaving me with no choice but to share my harrowing experience with as many platforms and websites as possible. It is my hope that by doing so, others will be spared from the frustrations and disappointments I have endured.Please heed my warning and steer clear of Kiwi.com. Choose a reputable travel agency that values its customers and provides a reliable, transparent, and customer-oriented service.

This company is a scam .I buy ticket with them .I press cancel my trip. They cancel my flights an no money back. Do no trust this company. The flight is still available tickets are still at company airlines .I call them for refund .Company airlines were agree to pay money back, this company NO They take my money and no refund .It is a scam .

Terrible company. No service.My booked trip should have taken place in Jun22 and I booked in Dec21.An inbound flight was rescheduled end of Dec21 so that the connection flight was not reachable any more. I asked for reimbursement because there were no appropriate other flight options (either on different days or very expensive). Kiwi only came back with a refund" of 10% if the whole trip.Later

This company is a fraud!!! Stay away.My flight was canceled by the airline. I booked and paid another flight.They did not return my original payment for the canceled flight. Why? Thieves.

No compensation for cancelled flight after 1 year waiting:I had a cancelled flight booking in April 2022. I had to wait over a year only to learn that “no compensation would be provided by the carrier”. The carrier was the Czech Airlines. The whole process was absolutely non-intransparent, I never received any official statement from the airline about the decision, even after requesting it. I honestly used to be a fan of this Czech start up couple of years ago, well not anymore.

A bad algorithm hidden behind a pretty interface. They offer flights which are already booked out by the original carrier. They verify the connection only once you have paid them.Letting me know that the flight is not available one month after I (have thought I) have booked my holiday is totally unprofessional. Use a different engine or book directly.

STAY AWAY!Everything about them is absolutely terrible. I came across them through Google Flights to book the fight I arranged through Google. I input my information and confirm my trip, only to see at the payment confirmation that the site has changed my flight details from what I had entered on Google Flights. I immediately hit the cancel reservation button. 20 minutes later I get an email that says they were unable to cancel and went ahead and booked for me. The only way to change anything at that point would have been to give them more money.What’s worse is that a few hours before my flight I get an email from them that says my flight has been changed to another DAY. Leaving another day would defeat the entire purpose of why I booked a flight in the first place.When I called their customer service, I was told there was nothing that they could do and no way they could refund anything.STAY AWAY!
