Prague City Apartments

I was visiting Prague with my wife from August 1st - 7th 2018, during which time there was an incredible heat wave occurring. I had originally booked an airbnb with a different company, but cancelled my stay there because the air conditioning unit was nonfunctional and the apartment was 35 degrees celsius inside. Desperate for A/C, I found Prague City Apartments and booked with them for the remaining 6 days due to their multiple wall AC units in the apartment. As fate would have it, the 5th floor apartment that I booked was having an issue due to the heat wave, and the A/C units kept shutting off causing the apartment to be unable to cool down. As you can imagine, this was a little upsetting having chosen this place solely because of their air conditioning, however the staff was truly excellent, making every attempt to fix the problem, and ultimately transferring me to a lower level unit that was not experiencing issues.The 2nd floor apartment we ended up in (room 22) was fantastic, however the real reason I would stay here again is because the staff were so incredibly attentive; it was clear that they really cared and would do anything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. The bed was king size and super comfortable, the living room was very spacious, and the AC worked amazingly. There was some construction going on which was a bit noisy, so I would recommend asking about the status of that if it would bother you.

Even though our reserved apartment was no longer available, PCA contacted us early enough to offer a replacement. Better, in the same location, we were not disappointed. PCA offers service of a reception desk with very helpful staff, they as well organized transport from the airport. The apartment was very clean, confortable, quiet, in a beautiful building close to everything and included daily maid service. Our experience could not have been better.

You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. You cancelled my booking without notifying me and I was left stranded outside the apartments with no where to go! I called the number you provided to arrange key collection only to be told that you tried to take the payment 2 days prior to my arrival, which was declined so you cancelled the booking! Who does that? Why offer a payment on arrival if that is not the case, it’s false advertising? The card was reported lost and I was planning on phi suing my otters card on arrival!!!! You didn’t even notify me and when I logged into the app the booking was still confirmed!! Disgusting. 10:30 at night and stranded!!!

Fantastic place to stay. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Apartment was well furnished and very clean. Can be a little difficult to locate but ultimately was in a great location. Able to walk to many of the locations in town and just get lost" in the city. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

Great place. Huge apartment, fully renovated, clean and equiped. We stayed in room 52, with beautiful view on old town and the castle. Residence is 5 min from the old Town square however it was very quiet and calm, so after whole day we could chill and relax. I really enjoyed the time. Highly recommend!

Our two-bedroom apartment was ideal for our ~week in Prague. Each couple had a large bedroom, with bathroom, to themselves -- separated by a few doors to keep the sound of snorers distant. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and dining areas were more than enough, though we rarely used them except for breakfasts. The kitchen was equipped with a Nespresso espresso machine which was heavily used. A nice touch.All of our transactions with Prague City Apartments went smoothly. They arranged for a cab to pick us up at the airport. They arranged a day trip for us. They sold us extra Nespresso coffee buttons for next to nothing.I highly recommend the Residence Karolina.

During week seven 2013 we stayed for 5 days at Karlova. The apartment itself was fine, but here after the nice things stopped. Be aware that you may find yourself ripped of without any reason. This happened to us. Loosing our deposit with no specific reason. Even though apartment was photographed by us before and after - and spotless. But when you are on your way to the airport and do not have time to call police ( that do not speak any foreign languages by the way), then you do not have much choice. Therefor we gave in and left without our deposit.Our advice: Choose another provider.

Beautiful, modern apartment in a central location. Rybna is simply the perfect place to stay. The apartment is well equipped, modern, clean, spacious. We have enjoyed every minute of our trip. All the main sight-seeing areas, shops, grocery stores are within short walking distance. We will definitely be back to Prague and our choice will be PCA again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

First things first, the location of the apartment is fantastic and close to all conviniences, attractions etc. The 24 hour reception/desk is a boon and proves helpful in whatever you want to do or wherever you want to go. The apartment itself is large and extremely comfortable with all the modern amenities at hand. The beds are super comfy, linens crisp and high quality. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything from utensils and cook top to microwave and coffee maker. A place I would recommend !! In all a super stay, would love to stay here again. They treated us very nicely, receptionist walked us to the apartment and showed us around, check in and check out were fast and easy. We lived in residence Karolina and the building is magic, it has a historic feeling. Apartment was clean and comfortable.
