Na objednanou SIM kartu čekáte týden a stejně datové pokrytí v Chorvatsku nefunguje. Už nikdy.

Very Unkind and Very Rude. I visited twice and there are two different guys. They do not want sell anything. They said to go out their shop. Even they can not speak Enghish.+p.s. I visited thrid time. And the Datovy Specialist" whose name is Martin was the best man in this shop. He can speak English and also kind. He explained anything what we asked. Because of him

Po velmi dlouhé době píši negativní komentář, ale bohužel arogance a neprofesionální přístup zaměstnanců v této prodejně. Jsem snad nezaznamenal od doby prodeje na tržišti při výměně zboží když nebyly peníze. Je to delší dobu co se v této prodejně vyhýbám velkým obloukem, když něco potřebuji řešit. Myslím si že už by stálo za zvážení personálních změn v této prodejně.

I came here to transfer my phone number from family account on my own account. Filled in all the formes, they told me they put it to the system and it should be processed within 30 days. After 30 days passed and I did not received any information I came to ask about it to different Vodafone office, where they told me that it has not been added to the system and that I have to do all the process again because 30 days has already passed. Very incompetent customer service.

Horrible service !!!! Horrible sale consults!!! Don't go there !!!!

My first visit here was not very pleasant as the shop asistent kept on trying to convince me to purchase their for me unnecessarily expensive tariff instead of prepaid card. when i told him i was positive i don't want the tariff, he was quite unkind.however, my second visit here was great. the shopping assistant helped me with everything she could, when she couldn't help, she gave me instructions where to call.. etc.it all depends on specific people working here.

I have been literally robbed here.Don't come if you're a foreigner. And if you're Czech, still you should be very careful.I came in July, asking for a tariff that would allow me to have calls both in Czech Republic and to my home country. They offered me one for 700czk per month. To my suprise, I get a bill of 2000 czk after a month.I immediately want to cancel. Of course, problems. It can't be cancel at the moment (system is not responding), so I've to come back later.When I come back, the problem is solved. However, because I missed the cancelation date (which wasn't my fault), I've to pay for another month.I swallow my pride. I just want to get over and done with this.Just now, I receive another bill. THEY DID NOT CANCEL IT.It is a direct insult to consumer rights.

They block my phone for calling. Just reason i speak English. It’s so rude. Dont go here
