Chillhills Apartments

I don't understand why the rating is so low. I stayed in an apartment in Behounska and for me, at least, my experience was smooth. The double room was well appointed, had plenty of personal space and was located in a beautiful downtown area, one step away from everything that was needed. The toilet and bathroom are separate and the hot water comes quickly. The only complaint I have is probably the lack of an oven, but I didn't need one. When there was a problem, the office staff was quick to deal with it, such as getting us a brand new washing machine, and they were quick to refund the rent. In short, it was a good experience.

Furniture is old and shabby, it is clear that no one is watching well. Almost all broken household appliances. Noise and rude roommates and stuff who’s working there doesn’t really care. Just charging for the things you didn’t even know. Awful experience. never go there again, and don’t recommend it to you.

I was pleased with my stay at chillhills apartments. I could always call and write to the manager personally to clarify anything. Before visiting the apartment, in case of inspection, they always warned me by a personal letter, which stipulated the time, so I could always stay and check if I wanted. In case of a breakdown of anything, a special person came very quickly and repaired everything, and again with a warning and with the presence of a manager for the safety of residents and our stuff.

A terrible experience. we had a sudden cleaning that no one asked for for 850 CZK per person, there were 4 people in total, which means that we all gave 3400 CZK (130 euros!!!!) for a tiny kitchen and same tiny bathroom. I'm still dealing with lawyers. Communication with employees of the complex is terrible. Cold-blooded, manipulative women who only want to make more money. Don't move in there and you'll save your money and nerves. I definitely do not recommend it.

Worst ever experience. Wifi doesnt work, kitchen isnt kitchen its just 1sq meter place with oven. Staff is rude and full of lies. You will be charged for things you have no idea. Friendly recommendations: Do not go there

I had a wonderful stay back in Brno. Accommodation up to scratch, good communication as well. Definitely would use again.

I had a great time in Brno, the living was fine. I would definitely recommend it.

I was here last year with 3 homies for an Erasmus program, at the end of the contract they return my deposit more than what was written on the contract. Moreover, I was waiting about €671 deposit, what I received is €81. They just take the money of stranger, I suggest you to not go there if you do an abroad program

I was staying on the Kunzova complex, at first it seemed like a good place but the freezer broke and they never fixed it (we ended having a small one for six people). The internet would stop working and they told us that we had to call the company, instead of them.When you move out I had to call and write them several times to get my deposit back (they don't reply to the emails and on when they say that the money should arrive they don't send any confirmation that they made the payment) and after my contract ended they were trying to make me pay because they said they were going to change the kitchen.And also, they would send people to the house when there was no one there or only giving a few hours notice.
