Привет всем! Нашли транфер на фейсбук. Заранее дали даты прибытия и отлета и адрес отеля. Наш рейс задерживался,что изночально мы сообщили нашему водителю Дмитрию. По прибытию в Прагу,наш водитель дождался нас ,помог донести наши вещи. По дороге до отеля рассказал про город,как ориентироваться в ценах. Naprosto nejhorší taxislužba v Brně! Raději jděte pěšky, než byste volali tyhle! Ze 4 pokusů o využití téhle taxislužby skončily 3 naprostým fiaskem, jedna byla ok. Dvakrát jsem si objednal taxi a přes ubezpečení, že na mě čeká, tam žádné auto nebylo. No a do třetice dnes (27.10.) jsme objednali v 18:50 taxi na Vinohrady na 19:30 na cestu k Rondu. Slíbili nám, že není problém a taxi bude připraveno. V 19:19 volají, že taxi čeká před domem, ale žádné auto nikde nebylo. Na telefonáty nereagovali. V 19:39 bereme vlastní auto a jedeme, protože není jiná možnost. V 19:43 se nám podaří spojit s dispečinkem, který tvrdí: Už už tam přijíždí

Late taxi, terrible customer service.I ordered a taxi 40 minutes in advance. Despite that, the taxi was more than 30 minutes late. I called another company in order not to miss my flight.Another time I needed an invoice and was told to call the central number. The lady there didn't speak English very well, didn't understand what I wanted and didn't even want to, tried to brush me off repeatedly.

The company provided us with an exceptional service, they were responsive and the assigned driver was professional and very helpful on our trip from Prague to Budapest. I would definitely recommend it for private transfers!

We used this service to travel to and from the airport during a trip to Prague.They have a web site booking systems that is easy to use even from a mobile device. They offer a choice of payment methods.They met us at the airport using a sign with our name on it and helped us get our luggage to the sedan. The trip to town was smooth and relaxing.On our departure day, the driver arrived at our hotel prior to the scheduled time and got us to the airport with time to spare.The vehicles used were modern, comfortable, clean, and in good repair. The drivers were polite, helpful, and skilled in negotiating the Prague traffic.All-in-all it is a great service and value priced.
