TOURISTS AVOID!!This business is very sneaky. They pay by WEIGHT, not item and this can go unnoticed by tourists. However, they do note this on the menu to avoid getting into trouble. I asked 100g and I was pressured into more, and when saying I didn’t want some I was spoken over and ultimately ignored. My friends plate was overcut and they said they couldn’t take it back and they must pay. A clear tourist trap, they do not do this with locals as locals can call them out on it. It is disappointing and unhonest. Do not fall for this and make the same mistake I made! There are cheaper places to eat.

This place will not ask a tourist about the weight of food and will give you the biggest peace and charge you a lot of money. To a local, they will ask how much of the ham they want. It's a scam. Be careful out there people.

I think the price is ok for the quality they provide. It’s like everywhere else with this kind of meal - you get what you ask for and you pay appropriately. No big deal. The haters probably can’t read the sign.

My husband and I went here back to back. The ham is so delicious with perfect amount of ham, fat that dissolves in your mouth, and crispy skin. Price is listed for 100 grams. Just tell them what you want to pay and they'll cut you the proper amount of ham. So good, we may go back tomorrow for the third time.

Overpriced. Don't come here if you want Prague ham. There are many better alternatives if you're willing to walk further from the centre. They will up-sale a big portion to you as well which increase the prices you'll likely pay. If you're fine with paying a premium for the location then its a maybe to consider.

My friend recommended this to me a while ago and since then I've been here so many times. It's wonderful. The price is cheap, bearing in mind what high quality you get.

At the Wenceslas Square Christmas market, In the last 2 weeks I have been in Romania, Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, and now Czechia. I have tried many roasted hams in these countries. This is vifar the best hot roasted ham that I have had in the last 6 countries. These guys are absolutely amazing the atmosphere is phenomenal if you get an opportunity not only to see the square, of a clock, and the market you must stop here for some of their food it is out of this world!! I'll be back for sure!

It's a tourists scam. No one goes there except unaware tourists. They take advantage that people don't understand the value of euros related to krowns and charge you by weight (which basically means they charge whatever they want) and don't ask because that could get their scam found out, they will insult you
